Brittany works night shift as a patient care technician in the cardiac unit.  She has been doing this job for the last 6 months and works 40-60 hours a week. She makes $15 an hour.

Brittany received her GED in 2008. She has plans to go back to school to pursue nursing, surgical tech, or to become a mortician.

Brittany has never donated eggs or been a surrogate. Brittany has had five pregnancies and has never had an abortion. She had one miscarriage in 2009 before the birth of her first child. Brittany placed her first child for adoption at birth and she does not have any deceased children. Her first child, a son, was born January 9, 2010. He weighed 7 pounds and was born at 39 weeks. Her second pregnancy was a daughter. She was born on April 18, 2011. She weighed 6 pounds 7 ounces and was born at 39 weeks. Her next pregnancy was a son. He was born on August 9, 2015. All deliveries were vaginal deliveries. Brittany states that there were no complications with any pregnancy or delivery. Brittany gave her first son up for adoption. Brittany has custody of all three of her children but her daughter lives with her father. All three children are healthy with no psychological or behavioral problems. Brittany is not currently breastfeeding. Brittany has never gone through fertility treatments to become pregnant.

Brittany has a regular menstrual cycle that lasts for 4-5 days. Brittany states that her mother did not take diethylstilbestrol (DES) while pregnant with her to the best of her knowledge.

The follow up pap smear was normal. She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS. Brittany has never suffered from depression. Brittany has only ever been hospitalized for childbirth. Brittany has discussed becoming a surrogate with her friends and family members and has a great support system. Brittany has no concerns about sharing her surrogacy journey with her child. Brittany states that there isn’t anyone that she is aware of that is against her desire to become a surrogate.

Brittany has no preference in who she carries for. She stated that she was open to anyone and everyone. Brittany is willing to have an early termination/selective reduction or an abortion for any reason the Intended Parents choose. Brittany is only willing to transfer one embryo at a time. I would love for us to build an open, supportive relationship with great communication. My hope is that you feel as connected and included as you want to be.

After your beautiful baby is born, I’ll leave it up to you to decide how involved you’d like me to be moving forward. I know how overjoyed you’ll be as you step into the incredible role of being parents, and I will respect whatever boundaries or connection feels right for your family.

I also understand the importance of privacy, and I am committed to respecting your space and wishes as we walk this amazing journey together.

I truly cannot wait to meet you and be a part of this life-changing experience with you!

With love,
