About Emily

Emily is a 32 year old, married, caucasian female who has no preference in the heterosexual family she will carry for. Emily lives in Pickens, SC with her husband Timothy and their three children. 

Emily is 5’6” and weighs 206.7 pounds and has a BMI of 33.4. She is actively losing weight through diet and exercise to be in the best shape possible for a surrogacy journey. She speaks English and is a US Citizen. Emily describes herself as outgoing, talkative and a people person. She loves being outside, going to the lake, beach and nature trails. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her family. 

Emily has insurance through her place of employment. It will be sent off for review to see if it will cover a surrogacy pregnancy. 

Emily is a medical assistant. She has been employed with her job since 2019. She works 40 hours a week and makes $21.78 an hour. Timothy is staying home with the kids to help both his physical health and the two year old to grow and learn. 

Emily graduated from Liberty High School in 2011. She later attended Virginia Technical College where she received her degree in medical assisting. She has plans to go back to school and pursue a degree in nursing. 

Emily has never been a surrogate or donated eggs.  Emily has had four pregnancies and has never had an abortion. Her first pregnancy was an ectopic pregnancy in December 2012.  Emily has never placed a child for adoption and does not have any deceased children. Her first child, a daughter, was born on October 08, 2014. She weighed 7 pounds 2 ounces and was born at 39 weeks. Her second child, a son, was born on June 5, 2020. He weighed 8 pounds 12 ounces and was born at 38 weeks. Her third child, another daughter, was born on March 22, 2023. She weighed 8 pounds 15 ounces and was born at 39 weeks 2 days.  Emily states that there were no complications during her pregnancies or deliveries except during her first pregnancy she had gestational hypertension at the end of her pregnancy. All deliveries were vaginal deliveries. Emily and Timothy have custody of all three children. All three children are healthy with no psychological problems. Emily is not breastfeeding. She has never gone through fertility treatments to become pregnant.

Emily does not have a regular menstrual cycle due to the type of birth control she is on. She will be changing birth control at her next appointment. Emily states that her mother did not take diethylstilbestrol (DES) while pregnant with her to the best of her knowledge.

Emily has an appointment for a new pap smear on July 9, 2025. Emly said that she has never had an abnormal pap smear.  She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS. She has never seen a psychologist or any other mental health professional. She has never been prescribed any psychiatric medication.  Emily has never suffered from depression. The only surgeries Emily has had were as a child. She had her wisdom teeth and her tonsils and adenoids removed. Emily did have a kidney stone in April, 2025.

Emily does not smoke cigarettes. Emily denies any drug use and does not drink alcohol. Emily has never used any illegal drugs. Emily has never been diagnosed with any of the following: hepatitis C, HIV, hepatitis B, herpes, genital warts/sores, syphilis or gonorrhea.

Emily does not have any legal claims/cases pending at this time. She has never been arrested or had conflicts with the law, been convicted of a felony, been accused and/or convicted of child abuse or spousal abuse, lost custody of a child, been in a substance abuse program, or declared bankruptcy. 

Emily has no preference in the heterosexual family she will carry for.  She is open to being a surrogate for a family that lives outside of the USA. Emily is open to matching with a family of a different religion. She is willing to give up pork or beef products due to religious beliefs but only one or the other.  Emily stated that she wants to become a surrogate after spending a few years trying to get pregnant with their second child. During that time, she thought about surrogacy and it planted a seed that she never thought would happen. Now she wants to help make another family's dreams come true. 

Emily is willing to have a selective reduction, abortion, or an early termination for any reason the Intended Parents choose except she will not terminate for cleft lip, cleft palate or club foot. She is willing to have an amniocentesis done. She is willing to carry twins and triplets only if it happens naturally and one embryo splits. She is only willing to transfer one embryo at a time.  She is comfortable with the Intended Parents taking pictures during this journey. She is comfortable with the intended parents being at doctors appointments, and being in the delivery room. She states that she is open to as much communication as the Intended Parents need. Emily would like contact after birth if the Intended Parents feel the same.

Emily has received the flu vaccine and the Covid vaccine.

When asked what she plans to do with the money she earns from becoming a surrogate she states that their goal is to become homeowners and she will use it for a downpayment.
