About Jess
Jessica, “Jess” is a 36 year old, caucasian female who has no preference in the heterosexual couple she will carry for. Jess lives in Sugar Tree, TN (Benton County) with her husband Keith and their son.
Jess is 5’7” and weighs 140 pounds and has a BMI of 21.9. She speaks English and is a US Citizen. Jess describes herself as outgoing and friendly. She loves to read, write and spend time in church. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with family.
Jess does not have insurance. A policy will need to be purchased to cover the surrogacy pregnancy.
Jess works 40 hours a week at a restaurant and makes $11 per hour.
Jess graduated from Caldwell Community College in 2011 with her GED. She is currently an online student at Bryant & Stratton. She is pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Care and Development.
Jess had two pregnancies and has never had an abortion or a miscarriage. Jess has never placed a child for adoption and does not have any deceased children. Her son was born June 8, 2014. He weighed 7 pounds 14 ounces and was born at 39 weeks. He was born via vaginal birth and Jess states that there were no complications. Her son is healthy with no psychological or behavioral problems. Jess is not breastfeeding. She completed a surrogacy journey in 2025 after giving birth to a baby boy for a family. The baby weighed 6 pounds 13 ounces and was born at 39 weeks via c-section. There were no complications during pregnancy or delivery. Jess would like to do a vaginal birth for her next surrogacy journey. Jess got pregnant on the first transfer attempt using a medicated cycle.
Jess has a regular menstrual cycle that lasts for 6 days. Jess states that her mother did not take diethylstilbestrol (DES) while pregnant with her to the best of her knowledge.
Jess had a pap smear for August 21, 2023 and it was normal. Jess has never had an abnormal pap smear and has never been told that she has HPV or HSV. She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS. Jess has never suffered from depression or anxiety. She has never been prescribed any psychiatric medication. Jess has never seen a psychologist or any other mental health professional. She has never suffered from postpartum depression. Jess had surgery on her eyes when she was 3 years old. At the age of 18 she had her wisdom teeth removed and then had a tubal ligation done in 2014.
Jess does not smoke cigarettes or use any smokeless tobacco. No one else in Jess’s home smokes cigarettes or uses any smokeless tobacco. Jess does not drink alcohol. Jess denies any illegal drug use. Jess has never been diagnosed with any of the following: hepatitis C, HIV, hepatitis B, herpes, genital warts/sores, gonorrhea or syphilis.
Jess does not have any legal claims/cases pending at this time. She has never been arrested or had conflicts with the law, been convicted of a felony, been accused and/or convicted of child abuse or spousal abuse, lost custody of a child, been in a substance abuse program. Jess nor Keith have ever filed for bankruptcy.
Jess has discussed becoming a surrogate with her friends and family members and has a great support system. Jess has no concerns about sharing her surrogacy journey with her children. Jess states that there isn’t anyone that she is aware of that is against her desire to become a surrogate.
Jess will carry for anyone, including a single parent. She said that she is willing to be a surrogate for a family that lives outside of the USA. Jess is willing to give up pork and beef products through the journey for a family's religious beliefs. Jess said that she will carry for any religion but would like the family to know that she is Christian. Jess stated that she has always wanted to help others and thought that surrogacy would be a way that she could help others.
Jess is willing to terminate for Down Syndrome and if the baby is diagnosed with cerebral palsy. She is willing to terminate if her own life is in danger. When asked if there are any reasons she won’t terminate for, she responded with “There are no reasons I wouldn’t terminate.” She would only want to match with a family that has genetically tested embryos. She is willing to carry twins and triplets. She is willing to transfer more than one embryo at a time. She is comfortable with the Intended Parents taking pictures during this journey. She is comfortable with the intended parents being at doctor’s appointments and prefers them to be in the delivery room with her. Jess stated that she prefers whatever amount of communication the Intended Parents need throughout the journey. She stated that she would be comfortable with whatever type of communication the Intended Parents want after delivery.
When Jess was asked what her plans are for the money she makes while being a surrogate, she said she hopes to be able to build a home on their property. They purchased land with the money she earned from her last journey and currently live in a camper on the land.
Jess is not willing to receive the flu vaccine or the Covid vaccine.
