About Karli

Karli is a 26 year old, caucasian female who is willing to match with any family. Karli lives in Gardner, Kansas with her husband Josiah and their two children. Gardner is located in Johnson County. Karli’s date of birth is October 26, 1998.

Karli is 5’2'' and weighs 127 pounds and has a BMI of 23.2. She speaks English and is a US Citizen. Karli describes herself as crafty and a giver. She loves to do charity work, make children's clothes and animals. Karli said that she can be shy at first but opens up once she gets to know someone. Her favorite thing is being a mom. 

Karli has insurance through her husband's place of employment. It will be sent off for review to see if it will cover a surrogacy pregnancy. 

Karli is self-employed and works as a youth leader in her church. She owns several rental properties. She works 40 plus hours a week. She makes approximately $26/hour. Josiah works in construction. He makes approximately $37.50 an hour.

Karli graduated from Olathe North Western High School in 2017.

Karli has never been a surrogate or an egg donor. Karli has had two pregnancies and has never had an abortion or a miscarriage. Karli has never placed a child for adoption and does not have any deceased children. Her first child, a son, was born January 15, 2019. He weighed 7 pounds 2 ounces and was born at 39 weeks 1 day. Her second child, a daughter, was born on January 15, 2020. She was born at 39 weeks 6 days and weighed 7 pounds 4 ounces. She reports that she had post partum depression after the second delivery but says that it was mild and did not have any suicidal or homicidal ideations. Her father had just passed away and her and her children’s father was separated and so that mixed with post partum hormones created some depression, per Karli. She was prescribed Welbutrin for a short time but took herself off of it shortly after starting it. Both deliveries were vaginal. Karli states that there were no complications. Both children are healthy with no psychological or behavioral problems. Karli is not breastfeeding and has never gone through fertility treatments to become pregnant.

Karli does not currently have a regular menstrual cycle with an IUD in place. She understands that will need to be removed before screening at a fertility clinic. Karli states that her mother did not take diethylstilbestrol (DES) while pregnant with her to the best of her knowledge.

Karli’s last pap smear was conducted on March 23, 2024 and was normal. That was the follow up appointment after her abnormal pap smear on January 16th, 2024 which was followed up with a LEEP procedure. She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS. Karli did suffer some slight depression after the loss of her father. She went through therapy after his death. Karli has never had any hospital stays except for childbirth and a hospital stay for vertigo two and a half years ago. Karli had gastric sleeve surgery in November 2016.

Karli does not smoke cigarettes or use any smokeless tobacco. No one in Karli’s home smokes cigarettes or uses any smokeless tobacco. Karli does not drink alcohol. Karli denies any illegal drug use. Karli has never been diagnosed with any of the following: hepatitis C, HIV, hepatitis B, herpes, genital warts/sores, gonorrhea or syphilis.

Karli does not have any legal claims/cases pending at this time. She have never been arrested or had conflicts with the law, been convicted of a felony, been accused and/or convicted of child abuse or spousal abuse, lost custody of a child, been in a substance abuse program. Karli has never filed for bankruptcy. 

Karli has discussed becoming a surrogate with her friends and family members and has a great support system. Karli has no concerns about sharing her surrogacy journey with her children. Karli states that there isn’t anyone that she is aware of that is against her desire to become a surrogate. 

Karli is excited to be a surrogate for a family. She was pursuing surrogacy in 2024 but the family broke their match once she had to have a LEEP procedure due to needing to take time to recover, they didn’t want to prolong their process. Karli stated that the joy of being a mom has given her a purpose and she cannot imagine what it would be like to not be able to have kids. She wants to help someone else experience the joy of being a parent.

Karli is only willing to terminate or reduce the pregnancy if a doctor confirms that is what is needed or if the baby will not have any quality of life. She is not willing to terminate for Downs Syndrome or anything else that does not affect the quality of life. She is willing to carry twins and triplets if it happens naturally. She is willing to transfer only one embryo at a time. She is comfortable with the Intended Parents taking pictures during this journey. She is comfortable with the intended parents being at doctor’s appointments,and being in the delivery room but would like her husband in the delivery room as well. Karli stated that it is extremely important to her to have a relationship with the family after the delivery.

Karli has received the flu vaccine and the Pfizer Covid vaccine.
