About Kayla S

Kayla is a 25 year old, single, Bi-racial female who has no preference for the couple she will carry for. Kayla lives in Denmark, South Carolina with her three children and her sister. 

Kayla is 5’1” and weighs 155 pounds and has a BMI of 29.3. She speaks English and is a US Citizen. Kayla describes herself as outgoing, responsible, and trustworthy. She loves to travel and paint. She enjoys spending time with her children.

Kayla does not have surrogacy friendly insurance and will need a policy purchased by the Intended Parents

Kayla is a stay at home mom but babysits and cleans houses to earn additional income. Her father also provides for her financially as he is wealthy and wishes for her to be able to stay home with her children.

Kayla graduated from James Madison online highschool in 2014. She did not attend college. 

Kayla states that she has a strong support system consisting of her mother and her sister. Her sister lives with her and helps her in caring for her children. She also has a babysitter, her cousin, that she pays to take care of her children when needed. She states that her father is financially well off and pays for her and her sister’s rent and assists with living expenses so that she can continue to stay home with her children. She is not in a relationship and states that she does not intend to enter into a relationship during this journey. She states that she sees no issues in attending appointments on time and taking medications as prescribed. 

Kayla has been a surrogate but has never donated eggs. Kayla has had six pregnancies and has never had an abortion but had a chemical pregnancy. She was less than 6 weeks pregnant. Chemical pregnancy identified on 5/17/21. Kayla has never placed a child for adoption and does not have any deceased children. Her first child, a son, was born May 2, 2014. He weighed 8 pounds 9 ounces and was born at 40 weeks. Her daughter was born on March 20, 2019. She weighed 7 pounds and was born at 39 weeks. Her child, a son, was born April 26, 2020. He weighed 7 pounds 1 ounces and was born at 39 weeks. Kayla has gone through a surrogacy journey. She was pregnant on the first transfer but unfortunately miscarried at 7 weeks. She was pregnant on her second transfer and delivered vaginally, at 39 weeks. The baby was 8lb 14oz  All four deliveries were vaginal deliveries with no complications. Kayla has custody of all three of her children. All of the children are healthy with no psychological or behavioral problems. Kayla is not breastfeeding and has never gone through fertility treatments to become pregnant. 

Kayla has a regular menstrual cycles that last 3-4 days. Kayla states that her mother did not take diethylstilbestrol (DES) while pregnant with her to the best of her knowledge.

Kayla’s last pap smear was conducted on 5/7/2025 and is currently pending results. She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS. Kayla has never suffered from depression. Kayla has never been prescribed psychiatric medication. Kayla has never seen a psychologist, psychiatrist, or other mental health professional. 

Kayla does not smoke cigarettes or use any smokeless tobacco. Kayla has never used any illegal drugs. Kayla has never been diagnosed with any of the following hepatitis C, HIV, hepatitis B, herpes, genital warts/sores, gonorrhea or syphilis.

Kayla does not have any legal claims/cases pending at this time. She has never been arrested or had conflicts with the law, been convicted of a felony, been accused and/or convicted of child abuse or spousal abuse, lost custody of a child, been in a substance abuse program, or declared bankruptcy.

Kayla has discussed becoming a repeat surrogate with her family. She has friends who will be her support system through the journey. Kayla has no concerns about sharing her surrogacy journey with her children because she states they are too young to understand. Kayla states that there isn’t anyone that she is aware of that is against her desire to become a repeat surrogate. 

Kayla has no preference in who she carries for. She states that she was open to anyone and everyone. She is not willing to be a surrogate for a family that lives outside of the USA. Kayla states that she wants to be a surrogate to help grow a family. She also states, “The last time I was a surrogate was a wonderful experience.  Pregnancy comes so easy for me and I love delivery. I can’t imagine not being able to become a mother and I really want to help another family.”

Kayla is willing to have selective reduction for any reason other as long as it’s not for a healthy baby and the IPs just changed their mind. She will terminate up to 15 weeks gestation. She is willing to carry twins and triplets and is willing to transfer up to two embryos if the Reproductive Endocrinologist recommends it. She is comfortable with the Intended Parents taking pictures during this journey. She is comfortable with the intended parents being at doctor’s appointments as well. Kayla is comfortable with the intended parents being in the room for delivery. Kayla states that she wants the Intended Parents involved as much as they want to be. She states that she would like contact after birth if the IPs are ok with that.

Kayla has received the flu vaccine. She is not willing to receive the Covid vaccine.
