About Amber

Amber is a 36 year old, single, caucasian female who has no preference for the couple she will carry for. Amber lives in Burnsville, Minnesota with 5 of her children plus her two nephews she is fostering to adopt. Her oldest child lives on their own. 

Amber is 5’6” and weighs 160 pounds and has a BMI of 25.8. She speaks English and is a US Citizen. Amber describes herself as laid baid and outgoing. She loves to go to the trampoline parks, sledding and getting her nails done. She stated that her favorite thing to do is be with her children and they are what her life is about. 

Amber has health insurance through her place of employment. It will be reviewed to see if it will cover a surrogacy pregnancy. 

Amber works as a scheduler for Children's Hospital. She works 32 hours a week and makes $22.70 an hour. 

Amber graduated from Parton High School in 2007. She did attend some college but did not complete her degree. 

Amber has never donated eggs. Amber has never been a surrogate before. Amber has had seven pregnancies and has never had an abortion. She did have a miscarriage in 2014 around 5 weeks of pregnancy. Amber has never placed a child for adoption and does not have any deceased children. Her first child, a son, was born on June 14, 2005. He weighed 6 pounds 13 ounces and was born at 38 weeks. Her second child, a daughter, was born on November 24, 2010. She weighed 6 pounds 1 ounce and was born at 38 weeks. Her third child, another daughter, was born on October 6, 2013. She weighed 7 pounds and was born at 38 weeks. Her fourth child, another daughter, was born on October 8, 2015. She weighed 6 pounds and was born at 38 weeks. Her fifth child, another son, was born on January 8, 2019. He weighed 6 pounds and was born at 35 weeks 5 days. He was born early with a Jejunal Atresia birth defect. Her last child, another son, was born on March 2, 2022. He weighed 7 pounds and was born at 39 weeks. All deliveries were vaginal deliveries. Amber stated that the only complication with any of the pregnancies or deliveries was with her son and his birth defect. All of the children are healthy with no psychological or behavioral problems. Amber is not breastfeeding. Amber has never gone through fertility treatments to get pregnant. 

Amber has a regular menstrual cycle that lasts for 7 days. Amber had a tubal ligation done after the birth of her last child. Amber states that her mother did not take diethylstilbestrol (DES) while pregnant with her to the best of her knowledge.

Amber’s last pap smear was done in October 2025 and was normal. Amber had an abnormal pap smear before the birth of her first child (2007). She had a LEEP procedure in 2008. The follow up and all appointments since have been normal. She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS. Amber has never suffered from depression or been prescribed any psychiatric medications. Amber has seen a therapist as a child. Amber has only been hospitalized for the births of her children. She had a tubal ligation as well as carpal tunnel surgery on both hands. Amber does have migraines that she will occasionally take Toradol for. 

Amber does not smoke cigarettes or use any smokeless tobacco. Amber rarely drinks alcohol but never during pregnancy . Amber denies any drug use. Amber has never used any illegal drugs. Amber has never been diagnosed with any of the following: hepatitis C, HIV, hepatitis B, herpes, genital warts/sores, gonorrhea, or syphilis.

Amber does not have any legal cases pending at this time. She has never been arrested or had conflicts with the law, been convicted of a felony, been accused and/or convicted of child abuse or spousal abuse, lost custody of a child, been in a substance abuse program. Amber did file for bankruptcy, but this was discharged in 2022. She has made better financial decisions for her future. 

Amber has discussed becoming a surrogate with her friends, and family members and has a great support system. Amber has no concerns about sharing her surrogacy journey with her children. Amber states that there isn’t anyone that she is aware of that is against her desire to become a surrogate. 

Amber has no preference in who she carries for. She stated that she was open to anyone and everyone. She said that she is willing to be a surrogate for a family that lives outside of the USA. Amber is willing to give up pork products and beef products through the journey for a family's religious beliefs. Amber states that she feels lucky to have been able to get pregnant six times and have her children. She also offered to be a surrogate for her sister who believed she could not have children, once her sister did get pregnant, Amber said she has not stopped thinking about surrogacy. She wants to help another family feel the love of a child. 

Amber is willing to have selective reduction or an abortion for any reason that the Intended Parents or doctor deem necessary unless the Intended Parents just change their minds. She is willing to carry twins and triplets. She is willing to transfer more than one embryo and is willing to do a selective reduction for a triplet pregnancy. She is comfortable with the Intended Parents taking pictures during this journey. She is comfortable with the intended parents being at doctors appointments, and being in the delivery room. Amber said she is open to any amount of communication that the Intended Parents want during the pregnancy. She would like to remain in contact after the birth. 

Amber has not received the flu vaccine but is willing to get it. She did receive the Pfizer Covid vaccine.
