About Amy

Amy is a 30 year old, caucasian female who is open to carrying for anyone. Amy lives in Duncan, SC with her fiance Tyler and their two youngest children. Amy’s older two children live with their biological father and she sees them often. Her date of birth is 9/19/1995.

Amy is 5’6’’ and weighs 184.6 pounds and has a BMI of 29.8. She speaks English and is a US Citizen. Amy describes herself as quiet at first but says she opens up once she gets to know someone. Amy loves to crochet, be outside, and go to the pool. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with her family. 

Amy does not have insurance that is surrogacy friendly. A policy will need to be purchased for her to cover the surrogacy pregnancy.

Amy is a stay at home mom. Her fiance Tyler is a Mechanical Engineer at Bosch. He works 40 plus hours a week and makes $30 an hour plus overtime. 

Amy graduated from Cedar Shoals High School in 2011. She did not attend college and she has no plans on pursuing any degrees currently. 

Amy has never been an egg donor but has been a surrogate one time. She has never had a misscarriage or an abortion.  Amy has had five pregnancies and five deliveries. Amy has never placed a child for adoption and does not have any deceased children. Her son was born May 8, 2013. He weighed 7 pounds 8 ounces and was born at 40 weeks. Her second pregnancy, another son, was born on December 12, 2014. He weighed 7 pounds and 8 ounces. He was born at 39 weeks. Her third son was born on May 24, 2018. He was born at 39 weeks and weighed 8 pounds 13 ounces. Her last child, a daughter, was born on March 6, 2020 and she weighed 8 pounds 8 ounces and was also born at 39 weeks. For her fifth pregnancy, it was a surrogacy journey and it was a girl and she was born at 38 weeks and 6 days. Baby weighed 7 pounds 6 ounces. She achieved pregnancy on the first embryo transfer attempt. The baby was born without complications. Her pregnancy was healthy and she enjoyed her surrogacy and journey. All of the children were born via vaginal delivery. Amy’s 3rd child has autism. The rest of her children have no behavior or psychological problems. Amy is not breastfeeding or pumping.

Amy had a salpingectomy on 7/12/24. 

Amy’s OBGYN has approved her to have her next transfer at 9 months post delivery or later.

Amy states that her mother did not take diethylstilbestrol (DES) while pregnant with her to the best of her knowledge.

Amy’s last pap smear was conducted on 12/29/25 and was normal. She has never had an abnormal pap smear. She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS. Amy was prescribed psychiatric medications after her first marriage ended. She only took those medications for a couple of weeks. Amy also saw a therapist when she was a child for ADHD.

Amy nor Tyler smoke or vape. Amy does not drink alcohol. Amy denies any illegal drug use. Amy has never been diagnosed with any of the following: hepatitis C, HIV, hepatitis B, herpes, genital warts/sores, gonorrhea or syphilis. 

Amy nor Tyler have any legal claims/cases pending at this time. Neither of them have been arrested or had conflicts with the law, been convicted of a felony, been accused and/or convicted of child abuse or spousal abuse, lost custody of a child, been in a substance abuse program. Amy nor Tyler have ever filed for bankruptcy. 

Amy has discussed becoming a surrogate with Tyler and her friends and family members and has a great support system. Amy has no concerns about sharing her surrogacy journey with her children. Amy states that there isn’t anyone that she is aware of that is against her desire to become a surrogate. 

Amy is willing to carry for anyone within the U.S or Internationally. Amy is willing to give up pork and beef products through the journey for a family's religious beliefs. She gave up beef in her previous surrogacy journey and is fine to do it again. Amy stated that she feels blessed to have had four children and would love to help grow another family. After her last journey, she knew she would want to do it again. She loved it so much and felt so lucky to have matched with such an incredible family. It was a heterosexual family from India who lives in the US but states that the next family she carries for can be any race, any sexual orientation, and any location!

Amy is willing to have selective reduction or an abortion for any reason the intended parents desire or if the physician deems it  medically necessary. She is willing to carry twins and triplets. She is open to selective reduction in the event of a triplet pregnancy. She is willing to transfer more than one embryo at a time. She is comfortable with the Intended Parents taking pictures during this journey. She is comfortable with the intended parents being at doctor’s appointments and being in the delivery room. Amy stated that she is open to any amount of communication that the Intended Parents need throughout the pregnancy. She is also interested in keeping in contact after the birth if the Intended Parents feel the same way. 

Amy is willing to receive the flu vaccine and the covid vaccine.
