Dear Intended Parents,

I am beyond excited about the possibility of working together and seeing what the future holds for all of us. I have had three healthy pregnancies with no complications - No morning sickness, no issues during delivery-  just smooth, happy pregnancies each time. Most recently, I had the privilege of carrying a surrogacy baby and the experience was one of the most rewarding of my life. The joy I felt seeing the excitement on the intended parents' faces during the transfer, the confirmation of the heartbeat, and all the ultrasounds followed, was indescribable. But nothing compared to the moment they held their longed-for little one in their arms for the very first time. That  moment will forever be etched in my heart.

I have a close friend who struggled with infertility for years and I could see the pain in her eyes with each unsuccessful attempt. It became clear to me that I had been blessed with a body capable of carrying a baby without complications. After having completed my own family, I felt compelled to help another family in need, to give back the gift I had been given. it like a calling-one that I was eager to answer.

Since my Surrogacy journey, I have been receiving monthly updates about the baby I carried, and the joy that continues to radiate from the family fills my heart. It only reinforces my desire to help another family experience that joy and to help them fulfill their dreams of growing their family.

Little bit about me: I am an animal lover and grew up riding horses, showing in 4-H and continuing my love for them into adulthood. My horses are laid-back and though I understand the potential risks,, I’m happy to refrain from riding while carrying a child. We also have chickens, cats, and dogs on our property. If I had more space I’d probably create my own version of Noah’s ark! Music is another passion of mine, I love going to concerts with my daughter. Music is a constant presence in our home and barn. My family and I enjoy hiking and participating in 5K’s together; it’s become a tradition for us to do a 5K before gathering for Thanksgiving dinner.

I have a very flexible work from home job that I absolutely love and my employer has been incredibly supportive of my Surrogacy journey. We also built a “tiny house” on our property for my mom, so she can retire nearby and help with the kids when needed. My support system is incredible, and while my previous intended parents couldn’t always attend appointments, they were very supportive of my children being involved. They  absolutely loved getting updates, seeing ultrasound pictures, and hearing the baby's heartbeat. My daughter is getting ready to start her schooling journey to become a diagnostic medical sonographer and was thrilled to attend appointments and learn! Now my entire support system continues to follow the journey, eagerly awaiting updates on the little one’s growth.

I can’t wait for the opportunity to connect with you and hopefully embark on this beautiful journey together. The thought of helping another loving family reach their dream of parenthood fills me with excitement and anticipation.

Warmly,
Ashley B
