About Ashley
Ashley is a 36 year old white female who is hoping to become a surrogate. Ashley lives in Anderson County, South Carolina with her partner, Preston, and their two children. The closest airport is Greenville Airport.
Ashley is 5’6” and weighs 155 pounds and has a BMI of 25. She speaks English and is a US Citizen. Ashley is outgoing, adventurous, and caring and loves to do any type of outdoor activities and sports.
Ashley has Blue Cross Blue Shield Healthcare insurance through Marketplace and we will be sending it off to IFI for assessment.
Ashley is a stay at home mom and will not be requiring lost wages. Preston is a supervisor at a plant and makes approximately $120,000 annually. He will be requesting lost wages for any time missed at work for medical screening, embryo transfer, and birth.
Ashley graduated Crescent high school in 2017 and has not attended any college classes.
Ashley has never been a surrogate and has never donated eggs. Ashley has had two pregnancies and has never had an abortion or a miscarriage. She has never placed a child for adoption and does not have any deceased children. She reports that she has had easy pregnancies with both of her children. Both children were born vaginally. Her first daughter was born 10/14/19 weighing 7 pounds 12 ounces at 41 weeks. Her second daughter was born on 5/24/24 weighing 7 pounds 9 ounces at 37+3 weeks. She was diagnosed with down syndrome at birth which was not caught on any testing throughout pregnancy. She is a high functioning amazing human being and Ashley is surrounded by a huge community of support. Ashley denies any pregnancy or delivery complications. Preston and Ashley have custody of both of the children. Ashley has never gone through fertility treatment to become pregnant. She has never delivered a stillborn baby.
Ashley does have regular menstrual cycles. Her cycles are approximately 28 days apart and last for 5 days on average.
Ashley has an upcoming pap and medical clearance in August 2026. She has never had an abnormal pap. She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS or any STD. Ashley has never suffered from depression and has never been prescribed psychiatric medications. Ashley has only been hospitalized for the births of her two children and the removal of her gallbladder in 2015. Her blood type is unknown.
Ashley does not smoke cigarettes or use any smokeless tobacco. She denies any drug use and has never used any illegal drugs. Neither Ashley nor her Preston have ever been diagnosed with any of the following: gonorrhea, hepatitis C, HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B, herpes, genital warts/sores, or anemia. Ashley likes to be active and has never had an eating disorder. She states that they drink socially but she will not drink during her pregnancy or while on fertility medications and attempting to prepare her body for pregnancy.
Neither Ashley nor her Preston have any legal claims/cases pending at this time. Neither have been arrested or had conflicts with the law, been convicted of a felony, been accused and/or convicted of child abuse or spousal abuse, lost custody of a child, been in a substance abuse program, or declared bankruptcy.
Ashley has discussed becoming a surrogate with her husband, friends, and family members and has a great support system. She has no concerns about sharing her surrogacy journey with her children and states that there isn’t anyone that she is aware of that is against her desire to become a surrogate.
Ashley plans to save the money she earns from being a surrogate and start college funds for her children.
Ashley is open to carrying for a heterosexual, Christian, Caucasian couple. Ashley states that she has watched several friends go through surrogacy journeys and it has always been on her heart to help a family in need. She cannot imagine anything better than being able to help.
Ashley is ok with having selective reduction/termination/abortion for any severe medical or genetic reason. Ashley is ok with an amniocentesis if deemed necessary by a doctor. Ashley states that she is ok with the intended parents being in the room and being at the hospital so they can take custody of the baby as soon as he/she is born. She is requiring open communication and a good relationship during and after delivery. Ashley would love for the intended parents to join her at doctor appointments (in person if local and via Zoom or Facetime if not able to make it in person) and taking pictures throughout their journey together.
