About Brittany
Brittany is a 36 year old, Caucasian female who has no preference for the couple she will carry for. Brittany lives in Clinton, South Carolina with her daughter and son. Brittany is divorced. Her date of birth is March 19, 1988.
Brittany is 5’10” and weighs 235 pounds and has a BMI of 33.7. She speaks English and is a US Citizen. Brittany is a nurse and loves her job. She loves to help people. She describes herself as bubbly, down to earth, easy to talk to, compassionate and a good listener. She said that she gets along with everyone. She loves being with her children.
Brittany has health insurance through her place of employment. It was surrogacy friendly for her last journey and it will be sent off for review to see if it will cover a surrogacy pregnancy once she is matched with a family for her second journey.
Brittany is a registered nurse. She works in an OBGYN office full time. She works 36-40 hours a week and makes $37.44 an hour.
Brittany graduated from Clinton High School in 2006. She attended Greenville Tech where she received a certificate in 2008. She later attended Piedmont Tech in 2018 and received an Associates Degree in Nursing.
Brittany has had three pregnancies and has never had an abortion or a miscarriage. Brittany has never placed a child for adoption and does not have any deceased children. Her daughter was born May 26, 2014. She weighed 7 pounds and 7 ounces and was born at 40 weeks 5 days. Her son was born on June 24, 2020. He weighed 7 pounds and 8 ounces and was born at 39 weeks 2 days. She was a surrogate in 2024 and gave birth on August 12, 2024 to a healthy baby girl weighing 7 pounds 11 ounces. All of her deliveries were vaginal deliveries. Brittany stated that there were no complications during her pregnancies or deliveries. For the surrogacy pregnancy, she got pregnant on the first attempt. Brittany shares custody of her children with her ex husband. Both children are healthy with no psychological or behavioral problems. Brittany is not breastfeeding and has never gone through fertility treatments to become pregnant.
Brittany has a regular menstrual cycle that lasts for 4-6 days. Brittany states that her mother did not take diethylstilbestrol (DES) while pregnant with her to the best of her knowledge.
Brittany’s last pap smear was conducted in October 2022 and was normal. Brittany had an abnormal pap smear 17 years ago. She had a colposcopy and it came back normal. All pap smears, per Brittany, have been normal since then. She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS. Brittany did suffer from minor depression and anxiety after the birth of her own two children. Brittany was prescribed Lexapro for a couple of months after birth but she no longer takes the medication. Brittany has never seen a psychologist or psychiatrist. Brittany had her tonsils and adenoids removed, tubes put in her ears and surgery on her wrist. In 2019 she had gastric sleeve surgery. Brittany had Group B Strep with her second pregnancy. She also has hypothyroidism which is controlled with Levothyroxine.
Brittany does not smoke cigarettes, vape, or use any smokeless tobacco. Brittany does not drink alcohol. Brittany denies any drug use. Brittany has never used any illegal drugs. Brittany has never been diagnosed with any of the following: HPV, HSV, hepatitis C, HIV, hepatitis B, herpes, genital warts/sores, chlamydia, gonorrhea, or syphilis.
Brittany does not have any legal claims/cases pending at this time. She has never been arrested or had conflicts with the law, been convicted of a felony, been accused and/or convicted of child abuse or spousal abuse, lost custody of a child, been in a substance abuse program. Brittany has never filed for bankruptcy.
Brittany has discussed becoming a surrogate with her ex husband, her friends, and family members and has a great support system. Brittany has no concerns about sharing her surrogacy journey with her children. Brittany states that there isn’t anyone that she is aware of that is against her desire to become a surrogate. Brittany has thought about being a surrogate for years after watching her best friend struggle with infertility. She also sees families everyday that struggle to have children through her job. She loves being pregnant and wants to help a family feel the love of a child.
Brittany has no preference in who she carries for. She stated that she was open to anyone and everyone. She said that she is willing to be a surrogate for a family that lives outside of the USA. Brittany is willing to give up pork and beef products through the journey for a family's religious beliefs. Brittany has thought about being a surrogate for years after watching her best friend struggle with infertility. She also sees families everyday that struggle to have children through her job. She loves being pregnant and wants to help a family feel the love of a child.
Brittany is willing to have an abortion for any reason that the Intended Parent’s doctor deems necessary. She will not do selective reduction in the event of a twin or triplet pregnancy. She is willing to carry twins and triplets if it happens naturally. She is willing to transfer one embryo at a time. She is comfortable with the Intended Parents taking pictures during this journey. She is comfortable with the intended parents being at doctor’s appointments and being in the delivery room. Brittany stated that she is open to as much communication as the Intended Parents want throughout the journey. She states that she would like contact after birth if the Intended Parents would like that as well. For her last journey, she carried for a heterosexual married couple on the East coast and says she had a lovely experience.
Brittany has received the flu vaccine as well as two doses of the Pfizer Covid vaccine.
