Basic medical hx: Chastity has had a tubal ligation after her third pregnancy. Chastity is otherwise healthy with no medical conditions. Chastity tested positive for Beta Strep (GBS) and required antibiotics during delivery with either her first or second child (couldn’t remember which)

About Chastity

Chastity is a 33 year old white female who is hoping to become a surrogate. Chastity lives in Lamar, South Carolina with her boyfriend, Larry, and her three children. The closest airport is Florence Regional Airport.

Chastity is 5’2” and weighs 145 pounds and has a BMI of 26.5. She speaks English and is a US Citizen. Chastity says that she is outgoing, creative, sports mom, and a homebody. She loves to spend time with her family and is a Nail Tech.

Chastity does not have insurance. A policy will need to be purchased for her.

Chastity works full time at nail parlor as a Nail Tech. She started working with them in 2023 and typically works 30-35 hours per week. She makes approximately $37,000/year.

Chastity graduated from Penn Foster Online High School around 10 years ago. She also went to cosmetology school.

Chastity has never been a surrogate and has never donated eggs. Chastity has had three pregnancies and has never had an abortion or a miscarriage. Chastity has never placed a child for adoption and does not have any deceased children. Chastity reports that she has had easy pregnancies with all of her children. Her children were born vaginally. Her son was born on 12/22/2009 weighing 7 pounds 11 ounces at 40 weeks. Her second child, female, was born at 12/27/2013 40 weeks and weighed 8 pounds 4 ounces. Her third child, female, was born 11/30/2015 at 39 weeks induction weighing 7 pounds 15 ounces. Chastity denies any pregnancy or delivery complications. Chastity has custody of all of her children. None of her children have any physical, psychological, or behavioral problems. Chastity has never gone through fertility treatment to become pregnant. She has never delivered a stillborn baby.

Chastity does have regular menstrual cycles. Her cycles are approximately 28 days apart and last for 5 days on average. She had a tubal ligation in 2015. 

Chastity’s last pap smear was conducted over 2 years ago and was normal. She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS or any STD. Chastity has never suffered from depression and has never been prescribed psychiatric medications. Chastity has only been hospitalized for the births of her three children. Her blood type is unknown.

Chastity does not smoke cigarettes or use any smokeless tobacco. Chastity denies any drug use and has never used any illegal drugs. Neither Chastity nor her boyfriend Larry have ever been diagnosed with any of the following: gonorrhea, hepatitis C, HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B, herpes, genital warts/sores, or anemia. Chastity likes to exercise and stay active and has never had an eating disorder. She states that she does not drink and will not drink during her pregnancy or while on fertility medications and attempting to prepare her body for pregnancy.

Chastity does not have any legal claims/cases pending at this time. Her boyfriend Larry has a pending Assault and Battery charge from Oct 2025. Chastity has stated that his lawyer was supposed to have everything dropped and they are waiting to hear from them. Chastity has never been arrested or had conflicts with the law, been convicted of a felony, been accused and/or convicted of child abuse or spousal abuse, lost custody of a child, been in a substance abuse program, or declared bankruptcy.

Chastity has discussed becoming a surrogate with her boyfriend, best friend, and sister and has a great support system. Chastity has no concerns about sharing her surrogacy journey with her children and Chastity states that there isn’t anyone that she is aware of that is against her desire to become a surrogate.

Chastity plans to use the money she earns from surrogacy to put towards their new house and take a family vacation.

Chastity states she is willing to carry for a married couple who has been trying for a while and cannot have kids. She is open to carrying for a heterosexual couple, a family of any race, and a family with children or without children, Christian, non-Christian, and single parents. Chastity is not sure about carrying for a same sex couple. Chastity states, “For many years I’ve been interested in becoming a surrogate. I first started thinking about it because my sister could not have children, but she was finally able to have her own! During our church service on 8/16/26, our preacher was talking about surrogacy and I felt like that was God giving me the nudge to pursue surrogacy.” 

Chastity is ok with having selective reduction/termination/abortion for any severe medical/genetic abnormalities or if her life is in danger. She will undergo a selective reduction if medically advised by the treating physician. She will not terminate for Down Syndrome, Cleft Palate, or any cosmetic reasons. Chastity is ok with an amniocentesis if deemed necessary by a doctor and the IPs know the risks. Chastity states that she is ok with the intended parents being in the room and being at the hospital so they can take custody of the baby as soon as he/she is born. She is open to communication after delivery if the intended parents desire it. Chastity is open to the intended parents joining her at doctor appointments (in person if local and via Zoom or Facetime if not able to make it in person) and taking pictures throughout their journey together.
