 Has not received the Flu vaccine or the Covid vaccine. Is willing to get the flu vaccine and any other vaccines needed except for the Covid vaccine.

About Cierra

Cierra is a 22 year old, caucasian female who has no preference for the couple she will carry for. Cierra lives in Piedmont, South Carolina with her boyfriend Tyler and her daughter. 

Cierra is 5’5” and weighs 135 pounds and has a BMI of 22.5. She speaks English and is a US Citizen. Cierra said she is a social butterfly who loves to talk to anyone. She is very hands on. She wants to help people and is pursuing a degree in nursing. She loves being with her daughter, family and friends. 

Cierra has insurance through her employer but it is not surrogacy friendly. She will need a policy purchased for her through the market place.

Cierra is currently an Ophthalmic technician. She works 40 hours a week and makes $22.30 an hour. Tyler is a firefighter and makes $26.73.

Cierra attended high school at Woodmont High School in Piedmont, SC. She graduated in 2020. She received a certificate in CLA from Greenville Technical College in 2021. She was a nursing student at ECPI but is no longer pursuing that degree. 

Cierra has been a surrogate but has never donated eggs. Cierra has had one pregnancy and has never had an abortion. Cierra’s first attempt at a surrogacy journey resulted in two transfers. The first transfer Cierra miscarried at 5 weeks. The second transfer was unsuccessful. Her IP’s rematched with another surrogate who also had two failed transfers. The IP’s switched clinics and their last transfer was successful with the new clinic. Cierra has never placed a child for adoption and does not have any deceased children. Her daughter was born on June 5, 2020 at 39 weeks. She weighed 6 pounds and 5 ounces. She was born via vaginal birth. Cierra states that there were no complications. Cierra shares custody of her daughter with her daughter’s father. She is healthy with no psychological problems. Cierra is not currently breastfeeding. She has never gone through fertility treatments to become pregnant. 

Cierra’s menstrual cycle is normal and lasts for 4-5 days. Cierra currently has an IUD in place. She knows that it will need to be removed once she is matched. Cierra states that her mother did not take diethylstilbestrol (DES) while pregnant with her to the best of her knowledge.

Cierra’s last pap smear was done February 6, 2026 and was normal. Cierra said that she has never had an abnormal pap smear. She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS. Cierra has never suffered from depression. She has never been prescribed medication. She has never seen a psychologist or psychiatrist. Cierra had anemia after a car wreck in 2018. She had hemorrhoids after the birth of her daughter and she suffers from migraines but does not require medication and does not have auras with the migraines. She has never been hospitalized except for the birth of her children and for five days following a car wreck in 2018. She had knee surgery in 2016. She also had a laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy on 7/17/2025. 

Cierra nor Tyler smoke cigarettes. Cierra denies any drug use and does not drink alcohol. Cierra has never used any illegal drugs. Cierra has never been diagnosed with any of the following: hepatitis C, HIV, hepatitis B, herpes, genital warts/sores, syphilis or gonorrhea.

Cierra nor Tyler have any legal claims/cases pending at this time. She has never been arrested or had conflicts with the law, been convicted of a felony, been accused and/or convicted of child abuse or spousal abuse, lost custody of a child, been in a substance abuse program, or declared bankruptcy. 

Cierra has no preference in who she carries for. She stated that she is open to anyone and everyone. She is open to being a surrogate for a family that lives outside of the USA. She is willing to give up pork products for the pregnancy if the family's religious background requires it. Cierra stated that she wants to become a surrogate after her aunt suffered from infertility. She offered to carry for her but that did not happen. Since then Cierra has thought about helping another family grow. 

Cierra is willing to have a selective reduction, abortion, or an early termination for any reason except if the Intended Parents change their minds. While she said that decision would make her uncomfortable, she knows that this is not her child and should be the decision of the parents.  She is willing to have an amniocentesis done. She is willing to carry twins and triplets and is willing to transfer two embryos at a time. She is comfortable with the Intended Parents taking pictures during the surrogacy journey. She is comfortable with the intended parents being at doctors appointments, and being in the delivery room. She states that she is open to as much communication as the Intended Parents need and said that she would love to continue contact after birth if the Intended Parents feel the same way. 

Cierra has not received the Flu shot or the Covid vaccine. She is willing to get the flu shot but is not willing to receive the Covid vaccine.
