About Courtney
Courntey is a 29 year old, married, caucasian female who would prefer to carry for a local, heterosexual couple. She is open to carrying for a same-sex female couple as well. She said that after carrying for a same-sex male couple, she would love to experience carrying for a woman who has struggled with infertility. prefers to carry for a local, heterosexual couple but is open to same-sex female couples. Courtney lives in Anderson, South Carolina with her husband, Caleb, and their three children.
Courtney is 5’5” and weighs 190 pounds and has a BMI of 31.6. She speaks English and is a US Citizen. Courtney describes herself as quiet and shy. She loves to spend time with her family and friends. She loves to relax and go to the beach.
Courtney does have insurance and it was reviewed and deemed surrogacy friendly.
Courtney works as a CNA at Anmed Health in Anderson, SC. She makes $18.37 an hour. Once she graduates she will start with a base pay of $24.00 an hour. Her husband Caleb is a plant mechanic/truck operator and he makes $26.79 an hour.
Courtney completed her GED in 2018. She is currently a student at TriCounty Tech and will graduate with her LPN on August 3, 2026.
Courtney has been a surrogate but has never donated eggs. Courtney has had 5 pregnancies and has never had an abortion. Courtney did have a miscarriage in March 2019 at 8 weeks pregnant. She had a D&C following the miscarriage. Courtney has never placed a child for adoption and does not have any deceased children. Courtney’s son was born September 10, 2016. He was born at 38 weeks. He weighed 8 pounds and 1 oz. Courtney’s daughter was born December 10, 2020. She was born at 39 weeks and weighed 7 lbs. 8 oz. Courtney’s next pregnancy was a surrogacy pregnancy. She delivered boy/girl twins on June 7, 2023. They were born at 38 weeks. Baby boy weighed 6 pounds 3.8 ounces and baby girl weighed 6 pounds 7.4 ounces. The first embryo transfer worked. Her last delivery was her daughter. She was born on June 3, 2024. She weighed 6 pounds 9.5 ounces. The only complication was a vacuum assisted delivery. All deliveries were vaginal deliveries. Her children are healthy with no psychological or behavioral problems. Courtney is not currently breastfeeding. Courtney has gone through fertility treatments to become pregnant with her surrogacy journey.
Courtney has a regular menstrual cycle that lasts for 5-7 days a month. She is not on birth control as her husband had a vasectomy. Courtney states that her mother did not take diethylstilbestrol (DES) while pregnant with her to the best of her knowledge.
Courtney’s last pap smear was conducted on May 15, 2026 and was normal. She has never had an abnormal pap smear. Her OBGYN only requires pap smears every 3 years. She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS. Courtney has not suffered from depression. Courtney has seen a psychologist for her surrogacy journey. She has never been prescribed any psychiatric medications.
Courtney had her thyroid removed due to Non-invasive Follicular Thyroid Neoplasm with Papillary-like nuclear features which was a part of papillary cancer but not considered aggressive She is on a daily 150 mcg of Levothyroxine.
Courtney does not smoke cigarettes or use any tobacco. Courtney denies any drug use. Courtney has never used any illegal drugs. Courtney has never been diagnosed with any of the following: hepatitis C, HIV, hepatitis B, herpes, genital warts/sores, gonorrhea, or syphilis.
Courtney nor her husband have any legal claims/cases pending at this time. Neither have been arrested or had conflicts with the law, been convicted of a felony, been accused and/or convicted of child abuse or spousal abuse, lost custody of a child, been in a substance abuse program, or declared bankruptcy.
Courtney has discussed becoming a surrogate again with her husband, friends, and family members and has a great support system. Courtney has no concerns about sharing her surrogacy journey with her children. Courtney states that there isn’t anyone that she is aware of that is against her desire to become a surrogate.
Courtney would prefer to carry for a local, heterosexual couple. She is open to carrying for a same-sex female couple as well. She said that after carrying for a same-sex male couple, she would love to experience carrying for a woman who has struggled with infertility. Courtney said that she wants to be a surrogate because she had a friend that struggled to get pregnant. She saw the heartbreak her friend suffered. She stated that she wants to help a couple who has been struggling to grow their family and experience the joy of becoming parents.
Courtney is willing to have selective reduction, early termination or an abortion only if it is medically necessary for her or the babies. She is willing to carry twins or triplets. She will not reduce a triplet pregnancy unless there is a medical necessity to do so. She is comfortable with the Intended Parents taking pictures during this journey. She is comfortable with the intended parents being at doctors appointments and being in the delivery room. Courtney said that during the delivery, she would like her husband at the hospital but said he does not have to be in the room. She would like the baby to go directly to the parents and if given the chance she would like to hold the baby before they go home. Courtney stated that she would like as much contact through the journey as the Intended Parents want. She wants them to experience as much of the journey as they want. Courtney said that she is interested in contact after birth if the Intended Parents would like that as well.
Courtney has received both the Flu Vaccine and is willing to receive any other vaccine needed but is not willing to receive the Covid vaccine.
