About Dana
Dana is a 28 year old Caucasian female who is hoping to become a surrogate again. Dana lives in Easley, South Carolina with her husband, Bradley, and their two children.
Dana is 5’6” and weighs 170 pounds and has a BMI of 27.4. She speaks English and is a US Citizen. Dana describes herself as very kind, compassionate, loyal, hardworking, determined, and dependable. She enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family. She loves spending time with all of her nieces and nephews and all the kids from her church.
Dana does not have insurance. A policy will need to be purchased for her through open enrollment.
Dana currently works as an intake coordinator and makes $50,000/year. Her husband works as a shop foreman and makes $35/hr. Dana will not be requesting lost wages.
Dana graduated from Pickens High School in 2016. She did not attend college. She is not currently pursuing any degrees.
Dana has been a surrogate but has never donated eggs. Dana has had four pregnancies and has had a miscarriage or but never had an abortion. Dana has never placed a child for adoption and does not have any deceased children. Her daughter was born on 7/17/2018. She weighed 7 pounds 5 ounces and was born at 40 weeks 3 days and it was a vaginal delivery. Her surrogate baby was born on November 16, 2023. She weighed 6 pounds and 12 ounces and was born at 39 weeks. It was a vaginal delivery. Her third pregnancy was another surrogacy journey and it resulted in a miscarriage at 10 weeks in 2025 and she had a D&C on 2/11/25. Her son was born on 5/21/2026. He weighed 8 pounds 13 ounces and was born at 40 weeks and it was a vaginal delivery. Dana and Bradley have custody of both of her children. She is healthy with no known medical problems. Her children do not have any psychological or behavioral problems. Dana is not currently breastfeeding. Dana did go through fertility treatments during her first and second surrogacy journey. She got pregnant on the first transfer attempt during both journeys.
Dana has a regular menstrual cycle that lasts about 5-6 days. Dana states that her mother did not take diethylstillbestrol (DES) while pregnant with her to the best of her knowledge.
Dana had a pap smear on July 9, 2026 and was abnormal. She has had two abnormal pap smears with precancerous lesions. She had a cervical biopsy in August 2026 and the planned course of treatment is a repeat pap smear in 6 months. She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS. Dana has never suffered from depression. Dana has seen a psychologist during her first and second surrogacy journey. Dana has never been prescribed any psychiatric medication. She had surgery on her ankle in 2016 and was only hospitalized for childbirth.
Dana nor her husband do not smoke cigarettes or use any smokeless tobacco. She has never used any illegal drugs. Dana nor her husband has never been diagnosed with any of the following: hepatitis C, HIV, hepatitis B, herpes, genital warts/sores, gonorrhea, or syphilis.
Dana does not have any legal claims/cases pending at this time. She has never been arrested or had conflicts with the law, been convicted of a felony, been accused and/or convicted of child abuse or spousal abuse, lost custody of a child, been in a substance abuse program. Dana has not filed for bankruptcy.
Dana has discussed becoming a surrogate with her husband, friends, and family members and has a great support system. Dana has no concerns about sharing her surrogacy journey with her children. Dana states that there isn’t anyone that she is aware of that is against her desire to become a surrogate. Her husband and family will be her support system and is super supportive of her desire to become a surrogate.
Dana is willing to carry for a heterosexual couple or a single intended parent. She is open to being a surrogate for a family that lives outside of the USA as long as their clinic is local to her. Dana is open to matching with a family that is a different religion than she is. She is willing to give up pork products for the duration of the journey. Dana states that she has thought about becoming a surrogate for years. She knows that she does not want any more children but she loved being pregnant. She wants to help grow another family since she had such a beautiful journey the first time.
Dana is willing to have selective reduction or an abortion for any reason that the Intended Parents or the doctors deem necessary except if the Intended Parents decided they no longer want the baby. She is willing to carry twins and triplets if they occur naturally. Dana is not willing to transfer more than one embryo at a time. She is comfortable with the Intended Parents taking pictures during this journey. She is comfortable with the intended parents being at doctors appointments and being in the delivery room. Dana stated that she would like as much contact as the Intended Parents want during the journey. She prefers a lot of contact if the Intended Parents are comfortable with that. Dana stated that she would like contact after birth if the Intended Parents are ok with that as well.
Dana is willing to receive the flu vaccine but not the covid vaccine.
