About Heather

Heather is a 37 year old white female who is hoping to become a surrogate again. Heather lives in Travelers Rest, SC with her husband, Paul, and their three children. The closest airport is GSP or Asheville International.

Heather is 5’4” and weighs 126 pounds and has a BMI of 21.6. She speaks English and is a US Citizen. Heather says that she is a homemaker, entrepreneurial, and adventurous. She loves to spend time with her family, homeschool, make sourdough and run their small business.

Heather has BlueCross BlueShield through the Marketplace.

Heather runs her own business so will not need lost wages for herself. Her husband, Paul, works as a Logistics Manager for ATI and makes approximately $67 per hour.

Heather graduated from St Clairsville High School in St Clairsville Ohio in 2007. She attended classes at Ohio University Eastern Campus and went to Trident Technical College in Charleston SC for communication and graphics but did not complete a degree.

Heather has been a surrogate but has never donated eggs. Heather has had four pregnancies and has never had an abortion or a miscarriage. Heather has never placed a child for adoption and does not have any deceased children. Heather reports that she has had easy pregnancies with all three of her children and her surrogacy baby. All children were born vaginally. Her Son was born on 8/27/2015 weighing 8lb at 40 weeks Induction with No Complications. Her second Son was born on 12/10/2018 weighing 8lb 8oz at 41 weeks Induction with No Complications. Her Daughter was born on 11/28/2020 weighing 7lb 7oz at  39w4d Spontaneous labor with No Complications.Her last pregnancy was on 6/25/2026 to SurroBaby Male. Weighing 7lb 3oz at 38w5d Spontaneous labor with No Complications. Heather denies any pregnancy or delivery complications. Paul and Heather have custody of all of their children. None of her children have any physical, psychological, or behavioral problems. Heather has gone through fertility treatment to become pregnant during her last pregnancy. She has never delivered a stillborn baby.

Heather has a regular menstrual cycle. Her cycles are approximately 28 days apart and last for 5-7 days on average. She is not on birth control. Her husband has had a vasectomy. 

Heather’s last pap smear was conducted on 8/11/26 and was normal. She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS or any STD. Heather has never suffered from depression and has never been prescribed psychiatric medications. Heather has only been hospitalized for the births of her three children and surrobaby. Her blood type is A+.Heather does not smoke cigarettes or use any smokeless tobacco. Heather denies any drug use and has never used any illegal drugs. Neither Heather nor her husband Paul have ever been diagnosed with any of the following: gonorrhea, hepatitis C, HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B, herpes, genital warts/sores, or anemia. Heather likes to exercise and stay active and has never had an eating disorder. She states that they drink socially but she will not drink during her pregnancy or while on fertility medications and attempting to prepare her body for pregnancy.

Neither Heather nor her husband have any legal claims/cases pending at this time. Neither have been arrested or had conflicts with the law, been convicted of a felony, been accused and/or convicted of child abuse or spousal abuse, lost custody of a child, been in a substance abuse program, or declared bankruptcy.

Heather has discussed becoming a surrogate again with her husband, friends, and family members and has a great support system. Heather has no concerns about sharing her surrogacy journey with her children and Heather states that there isn’t anyone that she is aware of that is against her desire to become a surrogate.

Heather plans to save the money she earns from being a surrogate and buy land to build their home on.

Heather is only interested in carrying for a Christian heterosexual couple. She is willing to carry for a heterosexual couple with or without current children. She is willing to care for a couple that is of a different race than she is. Heather is not willing to carry for someone who is not of the same religion that she is.

Heather is ok with having selective reduction/termination/abortion for any severe medical/genetic abnormalities or if her life is in danger. She will undergo a selective reduction if medically advised by the treating physician. She will not terminate for Down Syndrome, Cleft Palate, or any cosmetic reasons. Heather is ok with an amniocentesis if deemed necessary by a doctor and/or if there is something that is suspected on an ultrasound or genetic testing that warrants an amniocentesis and the IPs are aware of the risks. Heather states that she is ok with the intended parents being in the room and being at the hospital so they can take custody of the baby as soon as he/she is born. She is open to communication after delivery if the intended parents desire it. Heather is open to having the Intended Parents join her for doctor appointments. However, she would prefer that they not attend if they are highly anxious, as she feels this could create additional stress during the pregnancy. Heather states that she is very in tune with her body and is mindful of how stress and anxiety can affect her physically and mentally, potentially causing her blood pressure to rise or feel the need to carry the emotional weight of others. She feels it is important to have a calm and supportive environment during appointments. During her previous surrogacy journey, Heather had a similar conversation with a friend who was becoming overly anxious. Heather explained that if the anxiety continued, she would prefer to have her friend discuss any concerns with the medical team after the appointment rather than during it, so that the appointment itself could remain calm and focused.

Heather is comfortable with the Intended Parents attending appointments in person if they are local or would like to travel. If they are unable to attend in person, she is also open to having them participate via Zoom or FaceTime. She is additionally comfortable taking and sharing pictures throughout the journey so the Intended Parents can feel included and connected along the way.
