Jacasia is a 29 year old black american female who has no preference for the couple she will carry for. Jacasia lives in Summerville, SC with her daughter.
Jacasia is 5 '6'' and weighs 125 pounds and has a BMI of 20.2. She speaks English and is a US Citizen. Jacasia describes herself as outgoing. She loves to read, take walks, try new things and food and anything Harry Potter. Her favorite thing to do is be with her family.
Jacasia does have insurance through her work. It will be reviewed to see if it will cover a surrogacy pregnancy.
Jacasia is a nurse in the PACU. She has been doing this job for the last year. She works 36 hours a week and makes $36.30 an hour when on the day shift. When Jacasia works the night shift she makes $39.25 an hour. She does have a short term disability policy.
Jacasia graduated from Ashley Ridge High in 2015. She later attended ECPI where she received her Associates degree in Nursing. She is currently enrolled in Capella University where she is going to study for her Bachelors in Nursing.
Jacasia has had one pregnancy and has never had an abortion or miscarriages. Jacasia has never placed a child for adoption and does not have any deceased children. Her daughter was born on January 26, 2021. She weighed 6 pounds 7 ounces and was born at 38 weeks. Her delivery was a vaginal delivery.. Her daughter is healthy with no psychological or behavioral problems. Jacasia has custody of her daughter. She is not breastfeeding. Jacasia did not go through fertility treatments to become pregnant.
Jacasia has a regular menstrual cycle that last 5 days. Jacasia states that her mother did not take diethylstilbestrol (DES) while pregnant with her to the best of her knowledge.
Jacasia plans to see Charleston OBGYN during the pregnancy and deliver at Roper St. Francis.
Jacasia has an appointment for her pap smear in July 2026. She was seen in May but the test was not able to be ran due to an error by the doctors office. Jacasia had an abnormal pap smear in 2024 which required a LEEP procedure. The follow up 6 months later was normal. She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS. Jacasia has never suffered from depression but has suffered from anxiety. She has never seen a mental health professional. She has been prescribed anxiety medications but is no longer taking those. She has never suffered from postpartum depression. Jacasia has only been hospitalized for childbirth. Her LEEP procedure was the only surgery she has had.
Jacasia does not smoke cigarettes. Jacasia does not use any smokeless tobacco. No one in Jacasia’s home smokes cigarettes or uses any smokeless tobacco. Jacasia does occasionally drink alcohol but never during pregnancy. Jacasia denies any illegal drug use. Aunisty has never been diagnosed with any of the following: hepatitis C, HIV, hepatitis B, genital warts/sores, genital herpes, gonorrhea or syphilis. Jacasia does have HSV-1 and takes medications to prevent cold sores.
Jacasia does not have any legal claims/cases pending at this time. She have never been arrested or had conflicts with the law, been convicted of a felony, been accused and/or convicted of child abuse or spousal abuse, lost custody of a child, been in a substance abuse program. Jacasia has never ever filed for bankruptcy.
Jacasia has discussed becoming a surrogate with her friends and family members and has a great support system. Jacasia has no concerns about sharing her surrogacy journey with her daughter. Jacasia states that there isn’t anyone that she is aware of that is against her desire to become a surrogate.
Jacasia is open to carry for any family. She said that she is willing to be a surrogate for a family that lives outside of the USA. Jacasia stated that she would be willing to give up pork or beef products for a family's religious views. Jacasia stated that she wants to become a surrogate because she cannot imagine not having her daughter. She loved being pregnant but knows that her family is complete. She has always thought about surrogacy and would love to help another family feel the love of a child.
Jacasia is willing to have a selective early termination or an abortion for any medical or genetic reasons. She is willing to terminate the pregnancy if her own life is in danger. She is not willing to have a selective reduction in the event of a triplet pregnancy. She is willing to transfer only one embryo at a time. She is comfortable with the Intended Parents taking pictures during this journey. She is comfortable with the intended parents being at doctor’s appointments,and being in the delivery room. Jacasia stated that she would like as much communication as the Intended Parents want or need. Jacasia stated that she is open to contact after delivery if the Intended Parents feel the same way.
