Basic medical hx: Jesseca has had one pregnancy. She had hand surgery in June 2021. Jesseca was prescribed Fluoxetine but has stopped taking it as of April 2026. Overall Jesseca states that she is healthy. Was on Metformin for 3 weeks prior to pregnancy in 2015 for possible PCOS. No issues reported since.

About Jesseca
Jesseca is a 39 year old white female who is hoping to become a surrogate. Jesseca lives in Travis County, Texas. Jesseca and her husband Eric have been separated for 8 years and live separately. They have no plans to get a divorce as she is still on his health insurance. Jesseca states “Eric and I are best friends and this situation works for us. Our son is happy and so are we.” Eric is supportive of her decision to become a surrogate. The closest airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
Jesseca is 5’5” and weighs 170 pounds and has a BMI of 28.3. She speaks English and is a US Citizen. Jesseca says that she is a very goal oriented person. She loves to spend time with her son and volunteer with foster/adoption children.
Jesseca has health insurance through her husband’s employer and we will be sending it off to IFI for assessment.
Jesseca works full time as a Business Manager at a local Dental office. She started working with them in September 2025 and typically works 32-36 hours per week in office. She makes approximately $70,000/yr.
Jesseca graduated from Las Vegas Academy in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2004. She went to Mount Hood Community College and received an Associates of General Sciences.
Jesseca has never been a surrogate and has never donated eggs. Jesseca has had one pregnancy and has never had an abortion or a miscarriage. Jesseca has never placed a child for adoption and does not have any deceased children. Jesseca reports that she had an easy pregnancy with her son. Her son was born vaginally on 3/7/2016 at 40 weeks and weighed 8lb 4oz. Jesseca denies any pregnancy or delivery complications. Eric and Jesseca share custody of their son. Her son does not have any physical, psychological, or behavioral problems. Jesseca has never gone through fertility treatment to become pregnant. She has never delivered a stillborn baby.
Jesseca does have regular menstrual cycles. Her cycles are approximately 28 days apart and last for 4-5 days on average. She is not on birth control.
Jesseca's last pap smear was conducted in 2024 and was normal. She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS or any STD. Jesseca has never suffered from depression but has been prescribed psychiatric medications, fluoxetine, which she stopped taking in April 2026. Jesseca has only been hospitalized for the birth of her son and Hand Surgery in 2021. Her blood type is A+.
Jesseca does not smoke cigarettes or use any smokeless tobacco. Jesseca denies any drug use and has never used any illegal drugs. Neither Jesseca nor her husband Eric have ever been diagnosed with any of the following: gonorrhea, hepatitis C, HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B, herpes, genital warts/sores, or anemia. Jesseca likes to exercise and stay active and has never had an eating disorder. She states that they drink occasionally but she will not drink during her pregnancy or while on fertility medications and attempting to prepare her body for pregnancy.
Neither Jesseca nor her husband have any legal claims/cases pending at this time. Neither have been arrested or had conflicts with the law, been convicted of a felony, been accused and/or convicted of child abuse or spousal abuse, lost custody of a child, or been in a substance abuse program. Jesseca declared bankruptcy in 2022.
Jesseca has not discussed becoming a surrogate with her friends and family members but knows she has a great support system when she decides to tell them. Jesseca has no concerns about sharing her surrogacy journey with her son and Jesseca states that there isn’t anyone that she is aware of that is against her desire to become a surrogate.
Jesseca plans to use the money she earns from being a surrogate to pay off student loans.
Jesseca is willing to carry for a heterosexual couple, a family of any race, and a family with children or without children, Christian, non-Christian, and single parents. Jesseca states, “I think adoption/fostering is a beautiful thing because they are choosing to have a family. So I would love to help someone make their dreams come true and have a baby for them.”
Jesseca is ok with having selective reduction/termination/abortion for any severe medical/genetic abnormalities or if her life is in danger only if medically advised. She will undergo a selective reduction if medically advised by the treating physician. She will not terminate for Down Syndrome, Cleft Palate, or any cosmetic reasons. Jesseca is ok with an amniocentesis if deemed necessary by a doctor and the IPs know the risks. Jesseca states that she is ok with the intended parents being in the room and being at the hospital so they can take custody of the baby as soon as he/she is born. She is open to communication after delivery if the intended parents desire it. Jesseca is open to the intended parents joining her at doctor appointments (in person if local and via Zoom or Facetime if not able to make it in person) and taking pictures throughout their journey together.
