Date and result of most recent pap smear: March 4, 2025-abnormal HPV. Colposcopy July 1, 2025: it was interpreted as mildly abnormal with no cancerous cells. Her doctor wrote a note saying this would most likely be transient “abnormal” and go away and there was no need to go further for now.
Is not willing to receive the flu vaccine. She has received the Pfizer Covid vaccine and is willing to receive any other vaccines needed.
About Jessie
Jessie is a 36 year old, single, African American female who will carry for anyone but has a preference for a heterosexual family located in the United States. Jessie lives in Summerville, SC with her son.
Jessie is 5’6.5” and weighs 181 pounds and has a BMI of 29. She speaks English and is a US Citizen. Jessi describes herself as hardworking and communicative. She loves to shop, do makeup and concerts. Jessi said she is a girly girl even though her job is not. Jessi loves to be with her son and enjoys her job.
Jessie does have health insurance through her work. It is not surrogacy friendly so a policy will need to be purchased for her to cover a surrogacy pregnancy..
Jessie is a Public Information Officer. She works 86 hours every two weeks. She makes a salary of $63,000 and does not have short term disability.
Jessie graduated from Timberland High School in 2008. She later attended Trident Technical College where she received her Associates degree in Criminal Justice.
Jessie has never been a surrogate and has never donated eggs. Jessi has had one pregnancy and has never had an abortion or a miscarriage. Jessi has never placed a child for adoption and does not have any deceased children. Her son was born on September 4, 2010. He weighed 5 pounds and 7 ounces and was born at 41 weeks 3 days. His birth was a vaginal delivery and Jessi stated that there were no complications. Jessi has custody of her son. He is healthy with no psychological or behavioral problems. Jessi is not currently breastfeeding. She has never gone through fertility treatments to become pregnant.
Jessie has a regular menstrual cycle with an IUD in place. Jessi knows that her IUD will need to be removed once she is matched. Jessi states that her mother did not take diethylstilbestrol (DES) while pregnant with her to the best of her knowledge.
Jessie’s last pap smear was conducted on July 1, 2025 and was normal. She did have an abnormal pap smear in March, 2025. She had a colposcopy July 1, 2025 and it was interpreted as mildly abnormal with no cancerous cells. Her doctor wrote a note saying this would most likely be transient “abnormal” and go away and there was no need to go further for now. She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS. Jessie has suffered from depression after her moms death and becoming pregnant. The child’s father was caucasian and his family wanted nothing to do with her or her son. She has been prescribed zoloft and only took it occasionally. She has seen a mental health professional. Jessi does take the following medications: creatine for work outs and synthroid. Jessie had her thyroid removed in 2007 for Graves Disease and a goiter.
Jessie does not smoke cigarettes or use any smokeless tobacco nor vape. Jessi denies any illegal drug use. Jessi does drink alcohol occasionally but never during pregnancy. Jessi has never been diagnosed with any of the following: hepatitis C, HIV, hepatitis B, herpes, genital warts/sores, gonorrhea or syphilis.
Jessie does not have any legal cases pending. She has never been arrested or had conflicts with the law, been convicted of a felony, been accused and/or convicted of child abuse or spousal abuse, lost custody of a child, been in a substance abuse program, or declared bankruptcy.
Jessie has discussed becoming a surrogate with her family. Jessie has no concerns about sharing her surrogacy journey with her son and Jessie states that there isn’t anyone that she is aware of that is against her desire to become a surrogate.
Jessie says she does have a preference for a heterosexual couple that lives in the United States. Jessie is open to matching with a family that is a different religion than she is. She is willing to give up pork products for the duration of the journey but is not willing to give up beef products. Jessi said that she wants to become a surrogate because in her line of work she has seen a lot of children lost. She also has same sex friends who are going through IVF or suffered through miscarriage. She wants to help others who are struggling and help her family as well.
Jessie is willing to have an abortion or selective reduction done for any reason the Intended Parents choose. She is willing to carry twins and triplets if it happens naturally. She is willing to transfer one embryo at a time. She is comfortable with the Intended Parents taking pictures during this journey. She is comfortable with the intended parents being at doctors appointments and being in the delivery room. Jessi stated that she would like to have a weekly check in but is ok if they have questions as well. She would like to stay in contact after delivery if the Intended Parents want the same also.
