About Julie
Julie is a 28 year old Caucasian female who has no preference in the couple/person she will carry for. Julie lives in Lenoir, NC with her husband Anthony and their two children.
Julie is 5’4” and weighs 184 pounds and has a BMI of 31.6. She speaks English and is a US Citizen. Julie describes herself as outgoing, friendly and funny. She loves to listen to music, watch the Bachelor and travel. Her interests include cats, lifted trucks and sports cars.
Julie does not have surrogacy friendly insurance. A policy will need to be purchased for her to cover the surrogacy pregnancy.
Julie is a stay at home mom. Anthony is a machine operator and makes $20/hour. Julie states they do not have a mortgage or rent as Anthony’s family allows them to live in one of their rental homes free of charge. They state, “We’re simple people and don’t have a lot of bills. We don’t live luxurious lives but also do just fine.”
Julie graduated from Hibriten High School in 2015. She did attend Liberty College where she was studying for a Bachelors in Science in Elementary Education. She did not finish and hopes to one day complete her degree.
Julie has never donated eggs. She attempted to become a surrogate in 2025 but after one failed transfer attempt, the intended parents had to back out due to financial issues as they only had one embryo and would need to create more to continue forward. Her lining responded appropriately and the grade of the embryo was 3BB. She doesn’t want to give up her dream of helping a family and is hopeful to be able to rematch with another family. The transfer occurred on Jun 25, 2025.
Julie has had two pregnancies and has never had an abortion or a miscarriage. Julie has never placed a child for adoption. Julie’s first child, a daughter, was born on January 25, 2020. He weighed 6 pounds and 12 ounces and was born at 38 weeks. Her second child, a son, was born on August 18, 2022. He weighed 6 pounds and 12 ounces and was born at 38 weeks 4 days. Both deliveries were vaginal deliveries. Julie stated that there were no complications with any of the pregnancies or deliveries. Julie and Anthony have custody of both of their children. Both children are healthy with no psychological or behavioral problems. Julie is not currently breastfeeding. She has never gone through fertility treatments to become pregnant.
Julie has regular periods that last 4-5 days. Julie states that her mother did not take diethylstilbestrol (DES) while pregnant with her to the best of her knowledge.
Julie’s last pap smear was conducted on 8.28.24 and the results were normal. She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS. Julie has suffered from mild “baby blues” post partum depression after the birth of her first child and when she lost her pet cat of 9 years. Julie has never seen a mental health professional. She has been prescribed psychiatric medication after both events but was only on them for a couple months. Julie has only been hospitalized for childbirth. The only surgery Julie has had was her tubal ligation. Julie is not currently on any medications except Omeprazole for heartburn.
Julie does not smoke cigarettes or use any smokeless tobacco. Julie denies any illegal drug use. Julie does not drink alcohol. No one in Julie’s home smokes cigarettes or vapes. Julie has never been diagnosed with any of the following: hepatitis C, HIV, hepatitis B, genital warts/sores, gonorrhea or syphilis. She does have Herpes 2 and has not had an outbreak in over 2 years. When pregnant, she will be on Valtrex starting at 32 weeks gestation to prevent any outbreaks. If desired by the Intended Parents and ok with the OBGYN, she is willing to be on Valtrex for the entire pregnancy.
Julie does not have any legal cases pending at this time. She has never been arrested or had conflicts with the law, been convicted of a felony, been accused and/or convicted of child abuse or spousal abuse, lost custody of a child, been in a substance abuse program, or declared bankruptcy.
Julie has discussed becoming a surrogate with her children and her family. Julie has no concerns about sharing her surrogacy journey with her children and Julie states that there isn’t anyone that she is aware of that is against her desire to become a surrogate.
Julie has no preference in the family she carries for. She is open to being a surrogate for a family that lives outside of the USA. Julie is open to matching with a family that is a different religion than she is. She is willing to give up pork and beef products for the duration of the journey. Julie stated that she wants to become a surrogate because she has always thought about it, even before she was pregnant with her own. She wants to help another family experience the love and joy that children bring.
Julie is willing to terminate for any reason that the Intended Parents choose. She is willing to carry twins and triplets if it happens naturally. She is only comfortable with transferring one embryo at a time. She is comfortable with the Intended Parents taking pictures during this journey. She is comfortable with the intended parents being at doctors appointments and being in the delivery room. Julie stated that she wants as much communication as the Intended Parents want and would like contact after delivery if her Intended Parents are also ok with that.
Julie has received the flu vaccine and the Johnson & Johnson Covid vaccine.
