About Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn is a 28 year old, married, caucasian female who has no preference in the family she will carry for. Kaitlyn lives in Jacksonville, NC with her husband Nicholas and their two daughters. 

Kaitlyn is 5’8” and weighs 180 pounds and has a BMI of 27.4. She speaks English and is a US Citizen. Kaitlyn describes herself as outgoing. She loves to travel, be outdoors and explore each new city they live in. Kaitlyn and her husband were both in the military. Kaitlyn left two years ago and her husband retired in January.  

Kaitlyn has insurance through her employer. It has been reviewed and it is surrogacy friendly. 

Kaitlyn is an Audiology Technician for the military bases. She works 40 hours a week and makes $49,950 a year. Nicholas is a stay at home dad after retirement while he completes some classes. 

Kaitlyn was homeschooled through graduation. She later attended Coastline Community college where she received her Associates in Health Care. She received multiple certifications through the military, including her certification for audiology technician. 

Kaitlyn has been a surrogate but has never donated eggs. Kaitlyn has had three pregnancies and has never had an abortion or a miscarriage. Kaitlyn has never placed a child for adoption. Kaitlyn’s first child, a daughter, was born on September 22, 2022. She weighed 8 pounds 11 ounces and was born at 41 weeks.  Her second child, another daughter, was born on May 25, 2023. She weighed 8 pounds and was born at 39 weeks. Her last pregnancy was a surrogacy pregnancy. She delivered a little boy on December 29, 2025. He weighed 8 pounds 1 ounce and was born at 39 weeks 3 days. The first transfer was successful. All births were vaginal births. Kaitlyn stated that there were no complications with any of the pregnancies or deliveries. Kaitlyn and Nicholas have custody of both children.  Both children are healthy with no psychological or behavioral problems. Kaitlyn is not currently breastfeeding. She has never gone through fertility treatments to become pregnant. 

Kaitlyn does not have a regular menstrual cycle due to having an IUD in place. She understands the IUD will need to be removed. Kaitlyn states that her mother did not take diethylstilbestrol (DES) while pregnant with her to the best of her knowledge.

Kaitlyn’s last pap smear was November 5, 2024 and was normal. She is making an appointment for a new pap smear. She has never had an abnormal pap smear. She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS. Kaitlyn has suffered from depression while her husband was deployed. After delivery, she saw the military mental health. Kaitlyn has never been prescribed any mental health medications. Kaitlyn has only been hospitalized for childbirth. Kaitlyn has never had any surgeries except her tonsils removed in 2021 and is not currently on any medications but does take a prenatal vitamin. 

Kaitlyn and Nicholas do not smoke cigarettes or use any smokeless tobacco. Kaitlyn denies any illegal drug use. Kaitlyn does not drink alcohol. Inessa has never been diagnosed with any of the following: hepatitis C, HIV, hepatitis B, herpes, genital warts/sores, gonorrhea or syphilis.

Kaitlyn does not have any legal cases pending at this time. She has never been arrested or had conflicts with the law, been convicted of a felony, been accused and/or convicted of child abuse or spousal abuse, lost custody of a child, been in a substance abuse program, or declared bankruptcy. 

Kaitlyn has discussed becoming a surrogate again with Nicholas, her friends and her family. Kaitlyn has no concerns about sharing her surrogacy journey with her children and Kaitlyn states that there isn’t anyone that she is aware of that is against her desire to become a surrogate.

Kaitlyn has no preference in the family she carries for. She is open to being a surrogate for a family that lives outside of the USA. Kaitlyn is open to matching with a family that is a different religion than she is. She is willing to give up pork and beef products for the duration of the journey. When Kaitlyn was asked why she wanted to be a surrogate again she stated “I love being pregnant, have very smooth pregnancies, and love helping others. It gives me a fullness knowing I can be a missing piece for a family who otherwise couldn’t have a baby. My Mom struggled with PCOS and always wanted more and I know what a toll that is on a person and so infertility is something that weighs heavily on my heart. So happy to be able to do this again”.

Kaitlyn is willing to allow the intended parents to make the termination decision except in the event of a cleft palate, cleft lip, down syndrome, missing a limb or digit. In those circumstances, she will not terminate a pregnancy. She is willing to carry twins and triplets. She is willing to transfer two embryos at a time. She is comfortable with the Intended Parents taking pictures during this journey. She is comfortable with the intended parents being at doctors appointments and being in the delivery room. Kaitlyn stated that she wants as much communication as the Intended Parents want and would love to have communication after delivery if her IP’s want that as well. 

Kaitlyn has had the flu vaccine and has received the Pfizer Covid vaccine. She is willing to receive any other vaccines needed.
