Basic medical hx: Katlin has had three pregnancies and 3 live births. She did become anemic during pregnancy but only needed OTC iron supplements.

Covid Vaccine and Flu Shot.

About Katlin

Katlin is a 31 year old white female who is hoping to become a surrogate. Katlin lives in Hunt County, Texas with her three children. The closest airport is Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.
Katlin is 5’7” and weighs 160 pounds and has a BMI of 24.3. She speaks English and Spanish and is a US Citizen. Katlin says that she is outgoing, compassionate and levelheaded. She loves to spend time hiking, being outdoors, and riding street bikes with friends.

Katlin does not have health insurance.

Katlin works PRN as an Emergency Medical Tech at Medical City Plano. She started working with them in 2024 and typically works 24-40 hours per week. She makes approximately $21/hour. 

Katlin graduated from Royse City High School in Royse City, Texas in 2014. She went to Louisiana State but did not finish. 

Katlin has never been a surrogate and has never donated eggs. Katlin has had three pregnancies and has never had an abortion or a miscarriage. Katlin has never placed a child for adoption and does not have any deceased children. Katlin reports that she has had easy pregnancies with all of her children. All her children were born vaginally. Her first daughter was born on 2/26/2018 at 40 weeks and weighed 7lb 7.5oz. Her son was born on 9/15/2022 at 38 weeks and weighed 6lb 5oz. Her second daughter was born on 8/8/2025 at 39 weeks and weighed 8lb 9oz. Katlin denies any pregnancy or delivery complications. Katlin has custody of all of her children. None of her children have any physical, psychological, or behavioral problems. Katlin has never gone through fertility treatment to become pregnant. She has never delivered a stillborn baby.

Katlin does have regular menstrual cycles. Her cycles are approximately 28 days apart and last for 5 to 6 days on average. She uses condoms for birth control.

Katlin’s last pap smear was conducted in Jan 2025 and was normal. She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS or any STD. Katlin has never suffered from depression and has never been prescribed psychiatric medications. Katlin has only been hospitalized for the births of her three children. Her blood type is A+.

Katlin does not smoke cigarettes or use any smokeless tobacco. Katlin denies any drug use and has never used any illegal drugs. Katlin has never been diagnosed with any of the following: gonorrhea, hepatitis C, HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B, herpes, genital warts/sores, or anemia. Katlin likes to exercise and stay active and has never had an eating disorder. She states that they drink socially but she will not drink during her pregnancy or while on fertility medications and attempting to prepare her body for pregnancy.

Katlin does not have any legal claims/cases pending at this time. Katlin has never been arrested or had conflicts with the law, been convicted of a felony, been accused and/or convicted of child abuse or spousal abuse, lost custody of a child, been in a substance abuse program, or declared bankruptcy.

Katlin has discussed becoming a surrogate with her friends and family members and has a great support system. Katlin has no concerns about sharing her surrogacy journey with her children and Katlin states that there isn’t anyone that she is aware of that is against her desire to become a surrogate.

Katlin plans to use the money she earns from being a surrogate to pay for CRNA school.

Katlin is very open to whom she is willing to carry for. She is open to carrying for a heterosexual couple, homosexual couple, a family of any race, and a family with children or without children, Christian, non-Christian, and single parents. 

Katlin is ok with having selective reduction/termination/abortion for any severe medical/genetic abnormalities or if her life is in danger. She will undergo a selective reduction if medically advised by the treating physician. She will terminate for Down Syndrome, Cleft Palate, or any cosmetic reasons as it is not her baby and she will do whatever the IP chooses. Katlin is ok with an amniocentesis if deemed necessary by a doctor and the IPs know the risks but the family also has to have a history of genetic conditions that can only be found with the procedure. Katlin states that she isn’t comforted by the idea of the intended parents being in the room, but understands that the intended parents would want to be in there. Katlin is okay with the intended parents being at the hospital so they can take custody of the baby as soon as he/she is born. She is not sure about communication after delivery. Katlin is open to the intended parents joining her at doctor appointments (in person if local and via Zoom or Facetime if not able to make it in person) and taking pictures throughout their journey together.
