About Latasha
Latasha is a 39 year old, caucasian female who has no preference in the family she carries for. Latasha lives in Kansas City, Missouri with her four children. Latasha is married but they are separated. He is very supportive of her surrogacy journey.
Latasha is 5’3” and weighs 168 pounds and has a BMI of 29.8. She speaks English and is a US Citizen. Latasha describes herself as shy at first but then very outgoing. She said she has a heart of gold and her kids are her number one priority. Latasha enjoys reading, going to the trampoline park and sports. Her favorite thing to do is be with her children.
Latasha does not have insurance. A policy will need to be purchased for her to cover the surrogacy pregnancy.
Latasha has been a caregiver for 7 years. She works 38 hours a week and makes $17 an hour.
Latasha graduated from South Park Christian Academy in 2016. She later attended Pinnacle Careers where she received her certificate in medical assisting. She hopes to one day get her EMT certification.
Latasha has never been a surrogate and has never donated eggs. Latasha has had five pregnancies and has never had an abortion. Latasha had a miscarriage in 2013 at 8 weeks requiring a D&C. Latasha has never placed a child for adoption and does not have any deceased children. Her first child, a son, was born on February 13, 2002. He weighed 8 pounds 7 ounces. Her second child, another son, was born on September 27, 2003. He weighed 8 pounds 7 ounces. Her third child, a daughter, was born on June 28, 2014. She weighed 7 pounds 6 ounces. Her last child, another son, was born on September 2, 2015. He weighed 7 pounds 9 ounces. All four children were born at 40 weeks and all deliveries were vaginal deliveries. Latasha states that there were no complications with the pregnancy or delivery. Latasha is not breastfeeding. Latasha shares custody of her children with their father. Latasha has never used fertility treatments to become pregnant.
Latasha has regular menstrual cycles that last 5 days. Latasha states that her mother did not take diethylstillbestrol (DES) while pregnant to her to the best of her knowledge.
Latasha’s last pap smear was conducted in 2025 and the results were normal. She has had an abnormal pap smear after her first child but the follow up and every pap smear since has been normal. She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS. Latasha has never suffered from depression. Latasha did have some anxiety while being a teacher's assistant. She was prescribed psychiatric medications but no longer takes those medications after changing jobs. She has never seen any mental health professional. Latasha has only been hospitalized for childbirth. Latasha did have her gallbladder removed, a tubal ligation and a surgery for kidney stones.
Latasha does not smoke cigarettes or use any smokeless tobacco. Latasha denies any drug use. Latasha has never used any illegal drugs. Latasha does not drink alcohol. Latasha has never been diagnosed with any of the following: gonorrhea, hepatitis C, HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B, herpes, genital warts/sores, or anemia. She did have chlamydia during her second pregnancy but was treated and had no issues since. Latasha has never had an eating disorder.
Latasha does not have any legal claims/cases pending at this time. She has never been arrested or had conflicts with the law, been convicted of a felony, been accused and/or convicted of child abuse or spousal abuse, lost custody of a child, been in a substance abuse program, or declared bankruptcy.
Latasha has discussed becoming a surrogate with her children, friends, and family members and has a great support system. Latasha states that there isn’t anyone that she is aware of that is against her desire to become a surrogate.
Latasha has no preference in who she carries for. She stated that she was open to anyone and everyone. She said that she is willing to be a surrogate for a family that lives outside of the USA. Latasha does not eat pork products but is not willing to give up beef products through the journey for a family's religious beliefs. Latasha wants to become a surrogate after watching her brother in law build his family through surrogacy. She loves her children so much and wants to help another family experience the same kind of love.
Latasha is willing to have selective reduction or an abortion for any reason that the Intended Parents choose. She is willing to carry twins and triplets. She is willing to transfer more than one embryo and is willing to do a selective reduction for a triplet pregnancy. She is comfortable with the Intended Parents taking pictures during this journey. She is comfortable with the intended parents being at doctors appointments, and being in the delivery room. Latasha said she would like as much communication as possible during the pregnancy. She would like to remain in contact after the birth.
Latasha is not willing to receive the flu vaccine or the Covid vaccine but she is willing to receive all other vaccines.
