Basic medical hx: Overall healthy. Migraines (takes amitriptyline), sometimes her tense shoulders triggers a migraine so she will take Rizatripen as needed, donated a kidney in 2023. Willing to come off any medications if a reproductive endocrinologist recommends or requires it. Cyst removal from right ovary in 2025.
Date and result of most recent pap smear: 12/8/25 normal
Fully vaccinated for flu and covid.
About Lauren
Lauren is a 29 year old caucasian female who has no preference for the couple she will carry for. Lauren lives in Lucas County, Ohio with her husband, Justin, and their two children. They are currently building a home in Tampa, FL and will be moving in May 2026. Her date of birth is July 26,1996.
Lauren is 5’6” and weighs 146 pounds and has a BMI of 23.6. She speaks English and is a US Citizen. Lauren describes herself as a little shy but says she opens up once she gets to know someone. She loves reading, loves board games, spending time with her husband and children, walking, painting, and baking!
Lauren has insurance through her husband’s place of employment. It has not been reviewed yet to see if it will cover a surrogacy pregnancy.
Lauren is a stay at home mom to her two children and is in school full time. Justin is a software engineer and earns $245,000 per year or about $118/hour).
Lauren graduated from Ohio Virtual Academy in 2014. She will graduate with an Associates degree in biology in May 2026 and then go to UFF Florida for her Bachelor’s degree in Marine Biology.
Lauren has never been a surrogate and has never donated eggs. Lauren has had three pregnancies with one that resulted in an early miscarriage in 2015. Lauren has never placed a child for adoption and does not have any deceased children. The first son was born on May 8, 2014. She delivered at 36 weeks via induction and it was a vaginal delivery. The baby weighed 7 pounds 5 ounces. Her second son was born on October 1, 2016 at 36 weeks 2 days via a vaginal delivery. She had gallstones during the last pregnancy. Lauren states that both children were healthy although the first son did have a little jaundice. Lauren and her husband have custody of both of their children. Both children are healthy with no psychological or behavioral problems. Lauren is currently not breastfeeding and has never gone through fertility treatments to become pregnant.
Lauren has regular menstrual cycles. Lauren states that her mother did not take diethylstillbestrol (DES) while pregnant with her to the best of her knowledge.
Lauren’s last pap smear was conducted on December 8, 2025 and was normal. She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS. In 2016 she was treated for chlamydia and gonorrhea but has never been diagnosed with Hepatitis C, Syphilis, Hepatitis B, Herpes, Genital warts/sores, or HSV 1 or 2. Lauren has never suffered from depression. When she was a teenager, she had a headache and took too many ibuprofen to try to self medicate without bothering her parents. She ended up taking too many and they had to pump her stomach. In her records it states that she had a suicide attempt in 2015 but this is what it is referring to. She spoke to her doctor and her mother about this and both have said that it was due to her taking the ibuprofen and having to have her stomach pumped and that she has never had any type of mental health issues. She also has a clearance letter from her provider specifying that she has no history of mental health problems/suicide attempts. Lauren has never seen a psychologist or psychiatrist and has never been prescribed psychiatric medications. Lauren has been hospitalized for the births of her two sons and kidney donation.
Lauren nor Justin smoke cigarettes or use any smokeless tobacco and neither of them vape. Lauren denies any drug use. Lauren has never used any illegal drugs.
Lauren nor her husband have any legal claims/cases pending at this time. Neither have been arrested or had conflicts with the law, been convicted of a felony, been accused and/or convicted of child abuse or spousal abuse, lost custody of a child, been in a substance abuse program, or declared bankruptcy.
Lauren has discussed becoming a surrogate with her husband, friends, and family members and has a great support system. Lauren has no concerns about sharing her surrogacy journey with her children and Lauren states that there isn’t anyone that she is aware of that is against her desire to become a surrogate.
Lauren has no preference in who she carries for. She stated that she was open to anyone and everyone. She is open to being a surrogate for a family that lives outside of the USA as long as there is a way to communicate if there is a language barrier. She is willing to consider giving up pork products if the family desires. She desires becoming a surrogate because they are done growing their own family. They do not want anymore children and she would love to help someone else become parents. Lauren feels that since she knows that it will not be her own child she will be fine and will not have any issues handing the baby over to their family. Lauren says that she is excited to bless a family by carrying their baby. She feels that being a kidney donor was such a miraculous and heartwarming experience and that she feels that being a surrogate will be similar– full of hope and love!
Lauren is willing to have selective reduction or an abortion for any reason. She is willing to carry twins and triplets if it happens naturally. She is comfortable with the Intended Parents taking pictures during this journey. She is comfortable with the intended parents being at doctors appointments, and being in the delivery room. Lauren would like her husband to be the one to be in the delivery room with her if only one person is allowed. Lauren stated that she is open to as much communication as the Intended Parents are comfortable with. She would like to continue contact post-birth but again Lauren is open to whatever the Intended Parents choose.
