Current medications: None

Basic medical hx: Overall healthy. Remote history of situational depression. Used Zoloft briefly. She has been off of that for about 2 years. 

Date and result of most recent pap smear: Pap 3/2/23-normal. Has never had an abnormal pap to her knowledge. She is working on scheduling an appointment for an updated pap smear and medical clearance.  

Is not willing to receive the flu vaccine or the Covid vaccine.

About Morgen

Morgen is a 28 year old, single, caucasian female who has no preference in the family she will carry for. Morgen lives in Simpsonville, SC with her son.

Morgen is 5’4” and weighs 174 pounds and has a BMI of 307. She speaks English and is a US Citizen. Morgen stated that she loves to be outside, loves animals, going to amusement parks and going to the gym. She said that her favorite thing to do is anything with her son. Morgen is involved in her church. Morgan describes herself as outgoing, easy going and very positive.

Morgen does not have surrogacy friendly insurance. A policy will need to be purchased for her to cover the surrogacy pregnancy. 

Morgen is a teacher at her son’s daycare. She works 40 hours a week and makes $13.15 an hour. 

Morgen graduated from Rhea County High School in 2015. She later attended some classes at Chattanooga State but did not complete a degree. She has no plans on pursuing a degree anytime soon. 

Morgen has never been a surrogate and has never donated eggs. Morgen has had one pregnancy and has never had an abortion or a miscarriage. Morgen has never placed a child for adoption. Morgen's first child, a son, was born on August 11, 2023. He weighed 8 pounds 9 ounces and was born at 39 weeks and 4 days. Her son’s birth was a c-section delivery. Morgen stated that there were no complications with the pregnancy or delivery except for a failure to dilate resulting in a c-section. Morgen has custody of her son. Her son is healthy with no psychological or behavioral problems. Morgen is not currently breastfeeding. She has never gone through fertility treatments to become pregnant. 

Morgen has a regular menstrual cycle that lasts for about 7 days. Morgan states that her mother did not take diethylstilbestrol (DES) while pregnant with her to the best of her knowledge.

Morgen’s last pap smear was 2023 and was normal. She is scheduling a new appointment.  She has never had an abnormal pap smear. She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS. Morgen has suffered from depression and anxiety.  Morgen has seen a psychologist coping skills. Morgen was prescribed anti-anxiety medication but is no longer taking that. Morgen has broken her hip. Morgen was part of the National Guard. 

Morgen does not smoke cigarettes or use any smokeless tobacco. Morgen denies any illegal drug use. Morgen does not drink alcohol. Morgen has never been diagnosed with any of the following: hepatitis C, HIV, hepatitis B, herpes, chlamydia, genital warts/sores, gonorrhea or syphilis.

Morgen does not have any legal cases pending at this time. She has never been arrested or had conflicts with the law, been convicted of a felony, been accused and/or convicted of child abuse or spousal abuse, lost custody of a child, been in a substance abuse program, or declared bankruptcy. 

Morgen has discussed becoming a surrogate with her friends and family. Morgen has no concerns about sharing her surrogacy journey with her son and Morgen states that there isn’t anyone that she is aware of that is against her desire to become a surrogate.

Morgen has no preference in the family she carries for. She is open to being a surrogate for a family that lives outside of the USA. Morgen is open to matching with a family that is a different religion than she is. She is willing to give up pork or beef products during the journey for a family's religious beliefs. Morgen stated that as a teen, she was told that she may never have children. Once she had her son, she knew that she wanted to help other families who live with that same heartache of not knowing if they will ever be a parent. 

Morgen is willing to terminate only if it is medically necessary and will not terminate past the first trimester. She is willing to have a selective reduction in the case of triplets only if medically necessary. She is willing to carry twins and triplets. She is willing to transfer two embryos at a time. She is comfortable with the Intended Parents taking pictures during this journey. She is comfortable with the intended parents being at doctors appointments and being in the delivery room. Morgen stated that she would like as much communication as the Intended Parents need or want. She would like to keep them updated as much as possible. Morgan stated that she is open to contact after birth if the Intended Parents are as well.  

Morgen is not willing to receive the flu vaccine or the Covid vaccine.
