About Samantha
Samantha is a 31 year old, caucasian female who has no preference for the couple she will carry for. Samantha lives in Charleston, South Carolina with her husband, Joshua and their two daughters.
Samantha is 5’6” and weighs 170 pounds and has a BMI of 27.4. She speaks English and is a US Citizen. Samantha describes herself as loud but laid back. She said that she is a homebody. She loves to spend time with her family. When they do go out, they love to spend time at the beach.
Samantha works as a pharmacy technician. She works 40 hours a week and makes $28.35 an hour with a shift difference of $ 2.15 for 3rd shift. Samantha works 3rd shift. Her husband Josh is a retired veteran.
Samantha has ChampVA insurance through her husband. We have another surrogate with this insurance and it was reviewed as surrogacy friendly. Samantha’s insurance will be reviewed as well.
Samantha graduated from Monroe Central High in 2011. She received her pharmacy technician certificate from South Eastern Institute.
Samantha has never donated eggs. Samantha has been a surrogate. Samantha has had four pregnancies and has never had a miscarriage or an abortion. Samantha has never placed a child for adoption and does not have any deceased children. Her oldest daughter was born in 2017 at 40 weeks. She weighed 6 pounds and 7 ounces. Her birth was a vaginal delivery with no complications. Her second daughter was born on February 4, 2021 at 40 weeks. She weighed 7 pounds and 11 ounces. She was born via c-section due to the baby coming out chin side up instead of face down. Her next pregnancy was a surrogate pregnancy. She delivered a healthy baby boy on March 1, 2024. He weighed 9 pounds and was born at 39 weeks. He was born via vaginal birth after cesarean section. Her last pregnancy was another surrogacy journey. She delivered triplet boys on October 12, 2025. Baby A weighed 2 pounds 6 ounces. Baby B weighed 3 pounds and baby C weighed 2 pounds 9 ounces. They were delivered at 28 weeks 1 day via c-section. Samantha stated that she had placenta previa which did cause some bleeding during the pregnancy. They did a double embryo transfer and one embryo split. The first transfer worked. Samantha and Joshua have custody of both of her children. Both of the children are healthy with no psychological problems. Samantha is currently not breastfeeding. She has gone through fertility treatments to become pregnant with the surrogacy journeys.
Samantha has a regular menstrual cycle after having a tubal ligation. Samantha states that her mother did not take diethylstilbestrol (DES) while pregnant with her to the best of her knowledge.
Samantha’s last pap smear was done on September 5, 2024 and was normal. Samantha said that she has never had an abnormal pap smear. She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS. Samantha has never suffered from depression. She has never been prescribed medication. She has seen a psychologist for the surrogacy journey. She has never been hospitalized except for the birth of her children/surrogate delivery. She had a tubal ligation with the last c-section.
Samantha nor Joshua smoke cigarettes or vape. Samantha denies any drug use and occasionally drinks alcohol. Samantha has never used any illegal drugs. Samantha has never been diagnosed with any of the following: hepatitis C, HIV, hepatitis B, herpes, genital warts/sores, syphilis or gonorrhea.
Samantha nor her husband have any legal claims/cases pending at this time. She has never been arrested or had conflicts with the law, been convicted of a felony, been accused and/or convicted of child abuse or spousal abuse, lost custody of a child, been in a substance abuse program, or declared bankruptcy.
Samantha has no preference in who she carries for. She stated that she is open to anyone and everyone. She is open to being a surrogate for a family that lives outside of the USA. Samantha is willing to give up any pork products if needed by the family. Samantha said that she wants to be a surrogate again because she loved her first two journeys so much and cannot wait to help grow another family.
Samantha is willing to have a selective reduction, abortion, or an early termination for any reason that the intended parents choose. She is willing to have an amniocentesis done. She is willing to carry twins and triplets. She is comfortable with the Intended Parents taking pictures during this journey. She is comfortable with the Intended Parents being at doctors appointments, and being in the delivery room. She states that she would love a lot of contact throughout the journey. She would also like to have contact after the birth if the Intended Parents would like that as well.
Samantha has received the flu vaccine as well as the covid vaccine. She is willing to receive any other vaccines needed.
