About Sarah
Sarah is a 29 year old white female who is hoping to become a surrogate. Sarah lives in Spartanburg County, South Carolina with her husband, Adam, and their three children. The closest airport is Greenville Spartanburg International Airport or Asheville Regional.
Sarah is 5’3” and weighs 140 pounds and has a BMI of 24.8. She speaks English and is a US Citizen. Sarah says that she loves to spend time reading and homeschooling her children.
Sarah has health insurance through her employer and it will need to be reviewed.
Sarah works part time as ER Nurse with Prisma Health. She started working with them in Sept 2022 and typically works 24 hours per week. She makes approximately $41/hour. Her husband, Adam, is a Plumber and he makes approximately $36/hour.
Sarah graduated from Blue Ridge High School in Greenville County, South Carolina in 2015. She went to Spartanburg Methodist College in 2017 where she received her Associates of Applied Science. She also attended USC Upstate in 2020 and received her Bachelors of Nursing.
Sarah has never been a surrogate and has never donated eggs. Sarah has had three pregnancies and has never had an abortion or a miscarriage. Sarah has never placed a child for adoption and does not have any deceased children. Sarah reports that she has had easy pregnancies with all of her children. Her first son was born 8/25/2021 at 40 weeks 5 days and weighed 7 pounds 14 ounces. Her daughter was born 6/21/2023 at 39 weeks 6 days and weighed 7 pounds 10 ounces. Her second son was born 12/29/2025 at 40 weeks 5 days and weighed 7 pounds 4 ounces. All three deliveries were vaginal. Sarah denies any pregnancy or delivery complications. Adam and Sarah have custody of all of their children. None of her children have any physical, psychological, or behavioral problems. Sarah has never gone through fertility treatment to become pregnant. She has never delivered a stillborn baby.
Sarah does not have a regular menstrual cycle at the moment due to still breastfeeding. She is in the process of weaning. When she does have a normal cycles, her cycles are approximately 28 days apart and last for 4 days on average. She recently started on birth control.
Sarah's last pap smear was conducted in June 2025 and was normal. She has never had an abnormal pap smear. She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS or any STD. Sarah has never suffered from depression and has never been prescribed psychiatric medications. Sarah has only been hospitalized for the births of her three children and an ACL repair in 2014. Her blood type is A+. Sarah is allergic to Sulfa Drugs.
Sarah does not smoke cigarettes or use any smokeless tobacco. Sarah denies any drug use and has never used any illegal drugs other than marijuana in high school. Neither Sarah nor her husband Adam have ever been diagnosed with any of the following: gonorrhea, hepatitis C, HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B, herpes, genital warts/sores, or anemia. Sarah likes to exercise and stay active and has never had an eating disorder. She states that they drink socially but she will not drink during her pregnancy or while on fertility medications and attempting to prepare her body for pregnancy.
Neither Sarah nor her husband have any legal claims/cases pending at this time. Neither have been arrested or had conflicts with the law, been convicted of a felony, been accused and/or convicted of child abuse or spousal abuse, lost custody of a child, been in a substance abuse program, or declared bankruptcy.
Sarah has discussed becoming a surrogate with her husband, friends, and family members and has a great support system. Sarah has no concerns about sharing her surrogacy journey with her children and Sarah states that there isn’t anyone that she is aware of that is against her desire to become a surrogate.
Sarah plans to use the money she earns from being a surrogate to pay for school debt.
Sarah is open to carry for a heterosexual Christian couple of any race. She is open to carrying for a family with or without current children. She is open to carrying for a single mom under the right circumstances. Sarah states that she has always wanted to become a surrogate and with having easy pregnancies for herself, that was ultimately what helped make her decision to carry for someone else.
Sarah is only willing to consider abortion/early termination if her own life is at risk. Sarah is not ok with having selective reduction/termination/abortion for any severe medical/genetic abnormalities. She will not undergo a selective reduction if medically advised by the treating physician. She will not terminate for Down Syndrome, Cleft Palate, or any cosmetic reasons. Sarah is ok with an amniocentesis if deemed necessary by a doctor. Sarah states that she is ok with the intended parents being in the room and being at the hospital so they can take custody of the baby as soon as he/she is born. She is open to communication after delivery if the intended parents desire it. Sarah is open to the intended parents joining her at doctor appointments (in person if local and via Zoom or Facetime if not able to make it in person) and taking pictures throughout their journey together. She is also open to as much communication during the journey as the IPs desire.
