About Sarah

Sarah is a 37 year old, married, caucasian female who has no preference for the family she carries for. Sarah lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado with her husband James and their 4 children. Sarah has two biological children and two adopted sons aged 8 and 9. Sarah has a step daughter who does not live with them. 

Sarah is 5’4'' and weighs 165 pounds and has a BMI of 28.3. She speaks English and is a US Citizen. Sarah says that she is quiet when first meeting someone then she opens up. She stated that she has a Type C personality where she likes organization but can also be flexible. She loves to be outdoors, go hiking, spend time with her family and open communication. 

Sarah does have health insurance through James' employer. It will be reviewed to see if it will cover a surrogacy pregnancy. 

Sarah is currently an intake coordinator with another surrogacy agency. She works 40 hours a week and makes a salary of $67,000 a year. Her husband is an Operations Manager for a non-profit and he makes $110,000 a year. 

Sarah graduated from Liberty High School in 2014. She later attended University of Phoenix where she received a Bachelors in Business. She received her MBA from Texas Womens. She has no plans to pursue any more degrees. 

Sarah has been a surrogate 4 times. She has never done egg donation. Sarah has had seven pregnancies and has had 1 miscarriage in 2018 at 8 weeks. Sarah has never placed a child for adoption. Her first child, a daughter, was born on January 17, 2010. She weighed 8 pounds 4 ounces and was born at 39 weeks. Her second child, another daughter, was born on June 29, 2011. She weighed 7 pounds 4 ounces and was also born at 39 weeks. Her next 4 pregnancies were surrogacy pregnancies. Her first surrogate baby, a girl, was born on March 17, 2014. She weighed 7 pounds. Her second surrogacy delivery was boy and girl twins. They were born on October 5, 2015. They weighed 7 pounds 1 ounce and 7 pounds 4 ounces. Her next surrogacy delivery was another girl. She was born on October 31, 2018. She weighed 8 pounds 14 ounces. Her last surrogacy delivery was another girl. She was born on March 16, 2022 and weighed 6 pounds 1 ounce. All the deliveries were vaginal deliveries and all babies were born at 37 plus weeks. The first embryo transfer was successful with each of her surrogacy journeys. Sarah stated that during her last pregnancy she was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Follow up testing ruled that incorrect and the diagnosis was changed.  Sarah is not breastfeeding and She never went through fertility treatments to become pregnant with her own children. She did use fertility medications during the surrogacy and had great success. Sarah has two adopted sons that are 8 and 9 years old. 

Sarah has a regular menstrual cycle that lasts for 4-5  days. Sarah states that her mother did not take diethylstilbestrol (DES) while pregnant with her to the best of her knowledge. 

Sarah’s last pap smear was conducted in August 2025 and was normal. She has never had an abnormal pap smear. She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS. Sarah has suffered from some postpartum depression after her second delivery. She has never been prescribed any psychiatric medication. Sarah did see a mental health professional with the surrogacy journeys and adoption counseling.

Sarah does not smoke cigarettes or use any smokeless tobacco. No one in Sarah’s home smokes cigarettes or uses any smokeless tobacco. Sarah drinks alcohol occasionally but never during pregnancy. Sarah denies any illegal drug use. Sarah has never been diagnosed with any of the following: hepatitis C, HIV, hepatitis B, herpes, genital warts/sores, gonorrhea or syphilis. 

Sarah does not have any legal claims/cases pending at this time. They have never been arrested or had conflicts with the law, been convicted of a felony, been accused and/or convicted of child abuse or spousal abuse, lost custody of a child, been in a substance abuse program. Sarah has never filed for bankruptcy. 

Sarah has discussed becoming a surrogate again with her friends and family members and has a great support system. Sarah has no concerns about sharing her surrogacy journey with her children. Sarah states that there isn’t anyone that she is aware of that is against her desire to become a surrogate. 

Sarah has no preference in the sexual orientation of the family she will carry for but does prefer to carry for a family that has not experienced a fetal loss.  She said that she is willing to be a surrogate for a family that lives outside of the USA. Sarah is willing to give up pork but not beef products through the journey for a family's religious beliefs. 

Sarah is only willing to terminate for any reason that the Intended Parents choose unless it is for cosmetic reasons like the wrong sex. She is willing to carry twins and triplets. She is possibly willing to transfer one embryo at a time. She is comfortable with the Intended Parents taking pictures during this journey. She is comfortable with the intended parents being at doctor’s appointments and being in the delivery room. Sarah stated that she is okay with as much contact as the Intended Parents need throughout the journey. She stated that she would like communication after birth if the Intended Parents want that as well. 

Sarah is not willing to vaccinate for any reason.
