Basic medical hx: Tiffany is a very healthy woman who adapted a completely natural and holistic lifestyle after her preeclampsia experience with her second delivery. She states that she has thrived since that change and never looked back.

Date and result of most recent pap smear: July 2025 normal

Tiffany is not willing to get vaccinated for the Covid Vaccine and Flu Shot. She is only willing to receive regular vaccine boosters if lab results show that her childhood immunity is no longer present.

About Tiffany

Tiffany is a 38 year old black female who is hoping to become a surrogate. Tiffany lives in Newnan, Georgia, with her four children. The closest airport is ATL Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

Tiffany is 5’1” and weighs 131 pounds and has a BMI of 24.7. She speaks English and is a US Citizen. Tiffany says that she is a free spirited person who loves to spend time with her family and exercise. She approaches life in a very organic, natural, and holistic way.

Tiffany has Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance through her employer and we will be sending it off to IFI for assessment. 

Tiffany works full time as a school bus driver for the local school district. She has been at this job for 2 years and works their “full time” position which means school needed hours. She makes approximately $20/hour. She also drives for Delta part time. She is responsible for driving Delta employees back and forth between the parking lots and their terminals. This position is part time and also pays $20 per hour. Both jobs average to about 40 hours a week.

Tiffany graduated from High School in Marietta, Georgia in 2004. She then went to college for a year but did not graduate. Wanting to advance, she attended trade school and graduated successfully with a cosmetology degree in 2009. 

Tiffany has never been a surrogate and has never donated eggs. She has had six pregnancies, including one abortion, one ectopic pregnancy, and four live births. Tiffany has never placed a child for adoption and does not have any deceased children. She reports that she has had easy pregnancies with all of her children and adored the process of giving birth naturally. All children were born vaginally. Her second baby had to be induced at 34 weeks due to a preeclampsia diagnosis. The baby was predicted to need several weeks of NICU but was released home after 5 days due to being thriving and healthy. This event triggered Tiffany to adjust her lifestyle for the better. Her last delivery in 2021 was completely unmedicated at a birthing center which she described as amazingly life changing. She did experience an episode of bleeding right after delivery but it stopped immediately after being given a medication injection. 

Tiffany has custody of all 4 of her children. None of her children have any physical health problems or any psychological or behavioral problems. Tiffany has never gone through fertility treatment to become pregnant. She has never delivered a stillborn baby.

Tiffany does not currently have any menstrual cycles due to the IUD. Before the IUD, she did have regular cycles. Tiffany states that her mother did not take diethylstillbestrol (DES) while pregnant to her to the best of her knowledge.

Tiffany’s last pap smear was conducted in 2025 and was normal.. She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS. She did test positive for Chlamydia in 2009 which she contracted from her unfaithful husband and was treated immediately. Tiffany had a positive HPV result on her pap in 2005 but has had normal paps since that time. Tiffany has never suffered from depression and has never been prescribed psychiatric medications. Tiffany has only been hospitalized for the ectopic pregnancy surgery and the births of her 4 children. Her blood type is B+.

Tiffany does not smoke cigarettes or use any smokeless tobacco and denies any drug use. Tiffany has never used any illegal drugs. She has  never been diagnosed with any of the following: gonorrhea, hepatitis C, HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B, herpes, genital warts/sores, or anemia. Tiffany exercises almost daily and loves yoga. She states that she does not drink alcohol or take any medications that are not natural.

Tiffany does not have any legal claims/cases pending at this time. She has never been arrested or had conflicts with the law, been convicted of a felony, been accused and/or convicted of child abuse or spousal abuse, lost custody of a child, been in a substance abuse program. She had to declare bankruptcy in 2009 but this has long been resolved and is no longer in her credit history.

Tiffany has discussed becoming a surrogate with her friends and family members and has a great support system. Tiffany has no concerns about sharing her surrogacy journey with her children and Tiffany states that even though her stepdad thinks surrogacy is “strange”, there is no one who will have any complaints about her desire to become a surrogate.

Tiffany plans to save the money she earns from being a surrogate and purchase some land to create her own homestead so she can live off of her own land. The dream is for her and her sister to move both their families onto the land and be self sustainable.

Tiffany is very open to whom she is willing to carry for. She is open to carrying for a heterosexual couple, homosexual couple, a family of any race, and a family with children or without children, Christian, non-Christian, and single parents. Tiffany states, “For many years I’ve been interested in becoming a surrogate. Science is so cool that it would allow me to carry someone else’s baby and help them become parents.” 

Tiffany is not ok with having selective reduction for any reason unless her life or one of the babies’ lives are at risk. Tiffany is ok with an amniocentesis if deemed necessary by a doctor. Tiffany states that she is ok with the intended parents being in the room and being at the hospital so they can take custody of the baby as soon as he/she is born. She would like to find parents who let her provide the colostrum to the baby and are open to her delivering naturally at her previous birthing center. She requires communication after delivery and would love to keep getting updates as the baby grows older. Tiffany would love for the intended parents to join her at doctor appointments (in person if local and via Zoom or Facetime if not able to make it in person) and taking pictures throughout their journey together. She has a deep desire to establish a great relationship that will last forever.
