About Tiffany

Tiffany is a 28 year old, married, caucasian female who has no preference for the couple she will carry for. Tiffany lives in Boaz, Alabama with her husband, Lucas, and their three children.

Tiffany is 5’6” and weighs 141 pounds and has a BMI of 22.8.  She speaks English and is a US Citizen. Tiffany describes herself as an open book with a bubbly personality. She does crossfit, loves to exercise and read but her favorite thing to do is spend time with her family. 

Tiffany does not have health insurance. A policy will need to be purchased to cover the surrogacy pregnancy. 

Tiffany is a stay at home mom. Her husband Lucas works as an automotive paint technician. He makes $650 a week. 

Tiffany graduated from Douglas High School. She also attended Snead State, Auburn University, NE Alabama where she received her LPN certification, OBGYN certification, her associates degree and her clinical medical assistant certification. 

Tiffany has never donated eggs or been a surrogate. Tiffany has had three pregnancies and has never had an abortion or a miscarriage. Tiffany has never placed a child up for adoption and she does not have any deceased children. Her first child, a son, was born July 16, 2020. e weighed 6 pounds 9 ounces and was born at 38 weeks 5 days. His birth was a vaginal delivery with no complications. Her second pregnancy, a daughter, was born on September 3, 2021. She weighed 8 pounds and was born at 39 weeks. Her last pregnancy, another daughter, was born on July 26, 2023. She weighed 8 pounds and was born at 39 weeks. Tiffany states that there were no complications with any pregnancy or delivery, except with her second pregnancy during labor she failed to progress which resulted in a c-section. Her last delivery was a repeat c-section. Tiffany and Lucas  have custody of all three of her children. All three children are healthy with no psychological or behavioral problems. Tiffany is not currently breastfeeding. Tiffany has never gone through fertility treatments to become pregnant. 

Tiffany has a regular menstrual cycle that lasts for 4-5 days. Tiffany states that her mother did not take diethylstilbestrol (DES) while pregnant with her to the best of her knowledge.

Tiffany has a pap smear scheduled with her doctor for May 15, 2025. Tiffany stated that she has never had an abnormal pap smear. She has never been treated for HIV/AIDS. Tiffany has never suffered from depression. Tiffany has only ever been hospitalized for childbirth. She has had two c-sections and had her tonsils and adenoids removed in February 2025.  

Tiffany does not smoke cigarettes, vape, or use any smokeless tobacco. No one in Tiffany’s home smokes cigarettes, vapes, or uses any smokeless tobacco. Tiffany does not drink alcohol. Tiffany has never used any illegal drugs. Tiffany has never been diagnosed with any of the following: hepatitis C, HIV, hepatitis B, herpes, genital warts/sores, gonorrhea, or syphilis.

Tiffany does not have any legal claims/cases pending at this time. She has never been arrested or had conflicts with the law, been convicted of a felony, been accused and/or convicted of child abuse or spousal abuse, lost custody of a child, been in a substance abuse program. Tiffany has never filed for bankruptcy. 

Tiffany has discussed becoming a surrogate with her husband, friends and family members and has a great support system. Tiffany has no concerns about sharing her surrogacy journey with her child. Tiffany states that there isn’t anyone that she is aware of that is against her desire to become a surrogate. 

Tiffany has no preference in who she carries for. She stated that she was open to anyone and everyone. She said that she is willing to be a surrogate for a family that lives outside of the USA.  She is willing to give up pork or beef products through the journey for a family's religious beliefs for the duration of the journey. Tiffany states that she wants to be a surrogate since she knows what a blessing her children have been to her. She would like to help bless another family. 

Tiffany is willing to have an early termination or an abortion for any reason the Intended Parents choose except in the case of a twin pregnancy. She will only have a selective reduction if it is medically necessary. Tiffany is only willing to transfer one embryo at a time.  She is willing to carry twins but is unsure if she is willing to carry triplets. She is comfortable with the Intended Parents taking pictures during this journey. She is comfortable with the Intended Parents being at doctors appointments, and being in the delivery room. Tiffany stated that she is open to as much communication as the Intended Parents want or need. Tiffany would like contact after delivery if the Intended Parents feel the same way. 

Tiffany is willing to receive the flu vaccine but not the Covid vaccines.
